嶄新豪魯維酒店(Anew Hotel Hluhluwe)

Anew Hotel has the best staff, amazing pool, wonderful landscape, and location. They are close to KFC, steers, fishaways- however the hotel itself makes the most delicious food and desserts. Thami , Sbo and Giraad were always helpful and did their best to welcome us and make us comfortable. Our room- 100A ( separate from the main hotel, which was amazing as it had the view of the garden and our own parking and space), did noy have wifi coverage. We had to walk to the hotel itself for network. If you do not have data or an SA Sim card,this can be an issue. We did the following activities which were all in a 20 to 30 min close vicinity of the hotel. 1. Big 5 Safari at Hluhluwe Game Reserve 2. Emdoneni Wildcat cat Sanctuary 3. False Bay 4. Bayete Elephant Interaction This was the best time of our lives as we thoroughly enjoy wildlife and the outdoors. Thank you Anew Hotel. We will be back !!

Service .... top notch. I was welcomed by Sne at front desk. She is so sweet and kind. She does her work wholeheartedly and with a beautiful smile. Also helped by a lady (forgot her name) at the wild life front desk for activities. She was so helpful. Hats off to these lovely ladies, they were so easy and made us feel at home. Food. Good buffet, nice food too. They also cater for vegetarians on request. The hotel is close to shops and gas station. I surely will come back.

The lodge is really convenient to access the reserve. The buffet Dinner was good but the only negative was that the Aircon in the room didn't work.

Das Hotel ist toll gemacht und das Essen war fantastisch! Nachts hört man Grillen und Frösche und es fahren 2-3 Güterzüge in der Nähe vorbei. Das hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört! Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder einmal zum Addo Elephant’s Park fahren.

Belles prestations et très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre confortable, petit déjeuner copieux, repas formule buffet plutôt pratique, je vous conseille de recourir aux game drives de l'hôtel pour aller dans la réserve voisine. Points à améliorer : débit d'eau dans la douche un peu faiblard, piscine qui mériterait un nettoyage plus régulier.

Je suis venu en groupe. L’hôtel est beau et agréable. Il est effectivement près d’une réserve qui vaut vraiment le coup. Une surprise cependant, toutes les dépenses doivent être payées par carte. 20 rand de frais bancaire pour une bière ça fait beaucoup, bon ça nous rapproche des tarifs européens…

This hotel gives a perfect work life balance experience, I was able to have a perfect work space and enjoyed late game drive which is few minutes away from the hotel. Hluhluwe Game Reserve is home to the African Big 5 wildlife (Black Rhino, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo and Elephant), this hotels offers exceptional conference and game drive packages.

Hotel staff were friendly, so were the restaurant team and chef. Its a pity that although some parts of the hotel were upgraded alot else fell short, paper thin walls ensured we got no sleep as guests poured in all night(or had a party in the corridor) Sheets were stained and dirty as well as bad smells from the bathroom -- pity the property seems to have alot of potential.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Nice comfortable stay . Beautiful deco in the lobby , great cocktails at the bar , kind helpful staff . Only complaint is the food could be better. Its not that the food is bad but it isn’t great either - it’s edible enough but nothing fantastic . Cleaning staff were all so thoughtful and our baby was sick and the staff helped us with a thermometer at stupid o’clock which I thought was very kind . We would definitely return.
