The rooms, while clean, were old and small The lighting was especially bad. Only a floor lamp with bright white LED lightbulbs. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was excellent. Very clean, lots of choices. Staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. It appears the hotel is set up for long-term stays. Coin operated washers/dryers, etc.

After traveling for a week, we needed to do laundry and planned to do that here since I read that guest laundry service was available. Guess I was lucky to get an early start as there was only one washer and one dryer, and I was the first one there! Anther guest came after our wash had just started and then had to wait. We liked the location of this hotel, with easy access to I-70 and a short drive to Arches National Park. It was also a quiet location.

We have stayed here before. We like it’s convenient location to make day trips to various locations. We like the pool. Staff re-stocked towels frequently, and the pool temperature was cool, but not cold. Most staff helped with an ibuprofen or a packet of hot chocolate at night, although others withheld a hot chocolate packet from my kids. The breakfasts are adequate, although my kids would prefer a few more options when we stay ＞2 nights. Cereal, instant oa**eal, yoghurt, and pastries are okay, but they would have liked more hot options like sausage/eggs/pancakes/waffles. It also seems like more people had brought pets in their rooms, and it is concerning for me due to dander allergies. The rooms come with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. However, there is no travel lotion bottles. Staff at the desk provided a squirt of lotion. Utah’s dry climate makes my skin very dry. The rooms were basic, but good. The beds were average, and we slept well. The showers never ran out of hot water. TV was adequate with cable. Overall, it is a good value. Most staff were very helpful. We got the basics…sleep, food…plus the pool (which was a perk).

It was a nice place to stay. Overall, I felt that it was a good value. The room and bathroom were very clean. However, the carpet needed a thorough shampooing. The beds were comfortable, and the pool and the hot tub were nice. The breakfast was fine, but mostly cereal, yogurt, and fruit. It was a convenient location to travel to Goblin Valley State Park.

No plug. Toilet did not flush. When fixed was bunged up. Maybe sabotage by previous guest but maid should check this and rectify. Reception offered another room No elevator. Room available upstairs. According to reception toilet paper bungs up the toilet and should be put in a bin I pointed out we were in usa not greece

I found there are chairs missing in the room. The reception quickly arranged two over. Our room was at second floor and there is no elevator at the premise. We asked for first floor room and were told politely there is only pet-friendly rooms available. We liked the service provided.

Terrible customer service. Tv didn’t work. Shower was Luke warm, no breakfast as advertised. Dilapidated building, floors disintegrated. I could go on and on..

Room was a little rough as far as condition but definitely seemed plenty clean. Things needed some work as far as being in good condition. Breakfast wasn’t bad for the cost. Great for a quick overnight stay on a road trip.
