Good clean room and good customer service

Nice staff! Fatima, Vanessa and Jona we’re all so friendly and pleasant with all the guests. Room and public areas were very clean and roomy, well-kept. Breakfast was good, though not free. Rates were not cheap but competitive for the area. But staff made it. I would stay here again!

We spent one night at this Courtyard Marriott. It seemed to be in a ‘business park’ a**osphere. It had the amenities that one expects in this Marriott brand. We needed to fill our gas tank before checking in. The road construction in the area made it difficult to navigate. The room was clean and the hotel service were good. There was adequate parking.

My wife an I stayed here for a few nights as this was the hotel recommended by the wedding party. Booking the hotel with the wedding rate was very easy to do online. I had a specific need for a walk-in shower so I called the hotel after I booked the reservation. The agent at the time noted my request and said it shouldn't be a problem. Fast forward to check in day and we arrived at the hotel around noon which was much earlier than anticipated on our end. We were greeted by a young man by the name of Antonio. He was very nice and professional while noting my request for the walk-in shower. He got us checked in easy peasy and we were on our way, The public space, elevator and corridors were all clean and in good shape. As for the room overall it was in good condition and clean. We also had a balcony which was nice. The one thing I could say about the balcony is that the landing looked like it hadn't been pressure washed since the hotel was built. Also the sliding door was hard to move. Other than that the room was highly functional and clean for our needs. The service at the hotel was great from my wife and I's perspective. There were at least three wedding parties staying there including the one we were with. The lobby was always bustling especially at night which was cool. In the end we had a very early flight out of DCA in the morning so we had to check out early. We were greeted by a cheerful young lady who helped with my receipt and we were on our way! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. I am normally a Hilton guy and was very happy we chose to stay here with the rest of my family.

I've stayed in multiple hotels in Frederick since my Dad lives in the area and this is definitely the nicest one. The lady who checked me in was very pleasant and sweet. She let me checkin early, at noon. The room was very clean and comfortable. I loved having a balcony. I heard someone in another room only 2x, it was extremely quiet. My only complaint is my eggs were dry and pretty nasty which I ordered from the restaurant. I would recommend purchasing food from nearby restaurants. I will be staying here from now on.

We come down to Frederick regularly to visit our daughter and this is definitely the nicest hotel we've stayed in. We just need a place to sleep, so we're not looking for much. But the room was very clean, as was the entire hotel. Nothing looked like it needed updating or repairs as we've seen elsewhere. Hotel was very quiet. We've stayed in some with super paper thin walls and this was certainly not the case. Room wasn't the biggest we've ever had, but was a nice size and the bed not being up against an adjoining wall was a very nice plus. Staff was super friendly and helpful. This will probably be our go to place from now on.

It was a good stay. I enjoyed my stay and the staff was friendly. Very clean hotel.

My wife and I stayed here 1 night while visiting family. Good clean typical Courtyard Marriott. Efficient check in. Nice clean, good sized room. Nice breakfast. Adequate parking. Easy access to drive around Frederick.
