Nao recomendo para ninguem. O hotel nao é nada amigavel: chegamos às 10,30h mas só pudemos entrar no quarto às 15h, embora houvesse muitos apartamentos vagos. Na hora de ir embora outra má surpresa: o hotel nao chama taxi para os hospedes. Assim, quase perdemos o voo.

No tiene ascensor o al menos no lo tienen a la vista. Los huéspedes tiran las puertas y se escucha x todo el edificio. Por lo demás, todo excelente. Sin duda, volveria a hospedarme ahí.

En la primer noche el aire acondicionado no enfriaba, la respuesta de la recepción fue, así tendrán que pasar la noche porque estamos llenos y hasta mañana se puede revisar. Nos ofrecieron desayuno de cortesía, pero eso no compensó la incomodidad de la noche con una temperatura arriba de 32 grados centígrados. Al día siguiente arreglaron el aire acondicionado. La segunda noche había una cucaracha viva en la habitación, fue reportado a recepción y la respuesta fue "si, es normal, hay varios agujeros en donde se alojan". Para mi y creo para todos, esto no debe ser normal. El hotel es bonito, bien ubicado, pero que se está deteriorando y las deficiencias las ven como algo normal. Si no mejoran, se seguirá deteriorando. En la noche hace falta personal, hay un solo joven en recepción, que además atiende el teléfono, hace limpieza, y debe atender emergencias como la del aire que nadie pudo resolver sino hasta el día siguiente.

I loved this property so much, I stayed twice! It’s beautiful, the beds are so comfortable, they have AC, the staff was so friendly and helpful - even assisting me with purchasing the Tikal entry tickets online. It’s very conveniently located to the bus shuttle drop off and many bars/restaurants. One of my favorite hotels in Guatemala for sure.

Love the aesthetics/decor of this hotel. Very clean, the food in the restaurant is good. My 12 year old enjoyed the pool and I sure didn’t mind the view and bar on the roof. Perfect location, would highly recommend if your staying in the island.

It was perfect for our one-day stay. We loved it, facilities are nice, can walk everywhere. Parking is an issue, as you need to find parking on the street, but was ok. We loved it and plan to come back in a few days!

By far the best lodging of my 10 days in Guatemala. I just wished I would had have had time to stay another night. Bed was comfortable, checkin was easy and staff were very helpful and spoke fluent English and Spanish. Restaurant had a great menu options and the food was delicious and are large portions. The “luxury” provided at this hotel would cost 4 to 5 times the cost of the room if it were back home. Highly recommend. The only thing I can think of the negative side was that ******* lists that the hotel has a laundry service but it does not. That said it was no problem as the staff guided me to a a great lavanderia not more than a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Isla de Flores is without a doubt one of the best hotels I've every stayed at. It's such a cute hotel filled with color. It has it's own restaurant, bakery/coffee shop and 2 bars, all in different styles and very colorful. Whoever decorated this hotel knew what they were doing. Is absolutely love all the colors. The top floor of the hotel has views over the lake. My Juliette balcony opened up to a very nice view of the rooftops and lake. There is a bit of noice from the rooftop bar and pool area, but fortunately they did close fairly early. The room was very clean and they changed the towels every day. For access it might be hard, since there's no elevator as far as I know. And all the rooms are 1-3 floors up. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. When I got there I had problems with my card, so they opened up a credit, in order for me to pay later. They helped me organize a private boat tour of the lake to see the sunset which was amazing, and they were very helpful in terms of where to go for vegetarian food. If I ever go back to Flores this is defythe hotel I'll stay at. I absolutely recommend it.
