Staybridge Suites 費爾菲爾德納帕河谷地區(Staybridge Suites Fairfield Napa Valley Area)

I booked the suite online for $200 a night and was charged $268. The hotel refused to listen my complaint. The rooms were not well thought out. Light switch for the bathroom was on the outside of the room, so at night when you went into the room, there was no way to do it without disturbing others sleeping in the bedroom. The toilet is one of those minimal height toilets, better suited to use by children. Housekeeping was NOT helpful, but I tipped them anyway. I will not stay there again and I spend 45-60 days a year on the road.

My locked trailer was parked in the back parking lot the last night of my six night stay. Sometime during the night it was broken in to. They cut the lock and ransacked everything in the trailer. Staybridge does not have any cameras or even a fence to deter this type of crime and protect their guests.

Hôtel vraiment très bien avec des suites très grandes et tout confort. La mise à disposition de vin local et de quoi grignoter avec est un vrai plus appréciable. La piscine est très bien. Le personnel est accueillant, Rien à redire, je recommande sans hesitation

The room looks outdated, our room doesn’t have a smoke detector and there were wires hanging. The linen had stains so we have to get our own sheets at Walmart for the night. The carpet was sticky. No cameras around the vicinity and we saw a person rummaging over the garbage bins close to where we parked at the back. The staff were nice and the lobby looks good. We tried staying for a couple nights but Unfortunately, we had to move to a different hotel for our stay for the week.

I easily booked my room for my birthday. Great. Then I called Staybridge on same day and confirmed my reservation. They said because I was a member of the rewards club, I did not have to pay a deposit. When I got to the room they turned down my reservation stating I had to pay $150 for deposit and parking. If I confirmed previously, and my deposit was waived why did they ask me. So I had cash and no card for the deposit and they did not accept it. I was overall disappointed and embarassed on my b-day. So hurt

The staff was very nice and always helpful The hotel room was not very nice at all and I was upgraded to this room. The carpet between the living room and kitchen was ripped and the tack ***** was exposed so I stepped on it and cut my toe. I told the staff so the next person would not do the same. I had to keep a towel over it. Room was very dated and didn’t smell great. Breakfast was great and comin areas were very nice for the price. We had two room as my daughters had the other. It was also dated. Laundry was nice and FREE. Grounds were nice. Security was always around the ground. Everything was nice but rooms are not kept up well
