The Breakfast was excellent. Nice Spread covering both Indian and Continental with Live Counter for Dosas. The ambience of The Roor Restaurant was very good. Spread covered Fruits, Salads, Sprouts, Juices and the main dishes

It was very much in order with good food and good quality The ambience was good and the food was delicious There should be more options for non veg and the veg items were good. There should be more options for sweets as well. The fish was a bit smelly Ashok kumar Dey

The location of the Hotel is very good. The rooms are well decorated with all basis amenities required by the guest. However, I was not satisfied with the Buffet dinner privided by the hotel. I stayed for 2 days but could't eat proper dinner. All unusual and cold things. Very less staff is available for the buffet dinner. Nobody asks you for water or even breads.

Breakfast was the highlight, quick to respond service., spread was absolutely delightful, from croissants and indian dishes to fruits. Extremely pleased with the cooking staff for their service Mousami, Subodh and milon............

My first time visit to the hotel peerless inn Durgapur....good experience...room are very comfortable and need and clean... Staff is very polite behaviour....buffet breakfast is too good... All food good speacillu South Indian dish mousumi mam is very nice service in the restaurant thnk you so much...

Ambience and food was nice. The staff behaviour is nice specially Ashok Kumar Dey and Prashanta Goswami . I liked the dessert section. Indian non veg gravy item could be improved. Overall it was a nice and enjoyable experience. We will visit again.

Very nice and excellent service provided by the staffs they are very humble and polite. Some of them like Subodh Thakur,Ashok Dey, Avik Das are very good and customer friendly. The food quality is also very good. The trainees are also very good like Bipro. Thanks for everything.

Polite behaviour of staff.Courtsey and Cleanliness was good.Subodh Thakur and Ashok Kumar Dey was very good in service. We really liked Sabhar ,Idli and veg in sweet and sour soup. Staff very well equipped to ***age large crowd in restaurant.
