5泊しました。 快適に過ごすことができました。 部屋は全体的に綺麗です。 シャワーはお湯が出るまで少し時間がかかりましたが、問題ない範囲だと思いました。 改善点は部屋のコーヒーカップが少し汚れがあるので、新しいものに変えた方がいいとおもいます。 レストランでは夜はアラカルトで頼みましたが、たくさんの種類のフードとお酒が用意されており、楽しい夜を過ごすことができました。 ホテルの周辺にはジャンクションモールというショッピングセンターがあり、買い物にも便利です。

It was a very good experience we enjoyed the food the stay the staff the room was really really good ....the 31 December program was also good the starters the drinks the brands was just fantastic every thing was great we enjoyed

The stay was amazing, checkin was smooth, and the ambience was very cozy, the breakfast was well spread across continental, Indian and other choices. The room is large enough with a little study for a quick view of your mails at the end of the day.

Visited Neptune and enjoyed the cocktail. Prahlad Ghosh has assisted very well and shown other different options. Would like to try those in the next visit. It was a delightful experience as always. Hope you folks serve us the excellence..
