都柏林I-81凱藝酒店(Quality Inn Dublin I-81)

Rooms were clean and comfortable. There would not be someone at the front desk sometimes which was unfortunate, but still a good hotel experience.

When we walked in, the receptionist was extremely friendly. The check in process was quick. The room was very clean, and comfortable. It was a great experience and definitely a place we’ll stay again

Room was nice and front desk lady was lovely. Only complaint was, as others have mentioned, the overwhelming smell of stale cigarettes and **** in the hallway. It punches you in the face as you walk in, and permeates into the room. It is still in my nostrils six hours after leaving. Luckily, the lobby and breakfast area were not affected, and we enjoyed our coffee, eggs and waffles.

The property and room were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue was the bathroom sink had terrible water pressure and a very slow drain. This hotel is overall a good value.

As a woman traveling alone I didn't like having a room that required me to park out back and schlep my luggage down the sidewalk, unlock an exterior, and lug it up the stairs. Single women should be assigned to rooms safely accessible from the lobby. Also, when I made my reservation I reuested a king size bed and was given a room with two queen beds. I didn't bother to request a move because I was only staying one night, but why was I allowed to choose my room if nobody was going to pay attention to my request?

Super friendly staff! Very accommodating! Bed was super comfortable- room was dated and bath tub was needing some talc. Overall not a bad place- the free breakfast was a great bonus! Was not a bad drive to Virginia Tech- super conveniently located off of I-81-

Issue with check-in when booking thru ******* according to them. Not sure why the hotel didn’t have my reservations but I believe the hotel never confirmed reservations on email with *******. They claimed to been having a glitch for months now. The dates didn’t align as I had booked it a month ago, and the glitch was as from 2-3 months ago, regardless it was corrected but after 30-45 min check in length and 2 days after my 3 day reservation, hotel was telling me I had to pay the third day again or leave. ******* corrected it yet again after about 1 hour of time, and stress. They made it sound like I had to pay or my stuff will be removed from the room (as I was 30 mins away at my daughters college). The caller from the hotel was not polite. It upset me but I got over it. The hotel was overall nice and clean and good on value.

The bathroom was not cleaned at all, the sink was dirty from toothpaste and hair was in the bath/shower. The beds looked as if someone had sat on them and I’m not certain the sheets were cleaned.
