Beautiful resort . Highly cooperative & courteous staff. Good food & reasonably priced. Large pool and activity area.Very prompt room service.Approximately 1 KM from main market. Resort is on the main road leading to airport. Spa ***aged by an experienced worker.

Very disappointing experience. Amenities such as hot water in bathroom was not working at the time when we checked-in . The geyser has been turned on after repeated complaining at reception. Because of this, I asked to change my room at reception counter, the person at reception counter told me that there is some issue going on regarding hot water and I to adjust with it. Also, the faucet in the bathroom is leaking. There are creaks on basin pot as well as comode pot. The bottles of body wash and shampoo were empty. The cane chair located in balcony was not in good condition. In all, the maintenance of room is horrible. This kind of service is not expected in a five star hotel.

Over all services are good. We are glad that your staff Ms Tithi helped us during our stay. Tent was well maintained. Some issues with housekeeping as it was not properly cleaned at once. But over all experience regarding stay, service, staff and food is good.

Visited this place with family. This place looks worn down with crumbling infrastructure. Staff needs lessons in customer service. If you call them you will understand what I mean..they are ready to hang up on you any moment. When I checked in the room there was dirty linen on the be.There is no lift in the building anywhere which is a great inconvenience to senior citizens Urinals in the pool and reception have a strong stench and needs immediate repair. Used the washroom once and h highlighted to house keeping about the stench. He highlighted to me that he is aware of the same and will put up a don’t use sign there. This place looks like a run down government guest house..definitely not worth the price

It was a very terrible experience in service and the staff is unprofessional. The complimentary breakfast is cold and takes too long for food and cutlery. And while we complain about the service to the receptionist at night he was ignored and pretended he was busy on the computer at night.

This is almost a good hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the decoration modern and eye catching and the facilities offer a lot. It could be so good but it is held back by not serving alcohol, a very poor wifi and cost cutting which means breakfast is not as fresh and varied as it could and should be. The smells in the public toilets suggest these are not cleaned as efficiently as they could be. It could be so much better but as it is today it is below the standard of the a good international hotel. The front office staff are helpful and courteous. The service on the whole is decent. It is just a shame that some important basics are neglected. I do hope the ***agement pick up on these suggestions.

Right from the Check in to the Check out we were catered to some splendid hospitality at this resort. Two special people worth the mention and worth giving them 5 star rating are the lovely lady with spectacles at the reception and secod person is Chef Sandeep for his out of the way catering hospitality.
