Centrally located motel with spacious comfortable rooms. Very clean and quiet and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

This is an old building right in the centre of town. Across the road from a big park and the main bus/coach stop. Handy to all shops and restaurants in Cooma and the gaol and museum. The property is not 4 star but it is clean and tidy, very quiet and has car parking at the rear which is very handy. Great for a 1 night stopover. There is no elevator so only book if you can walk the stairs.

There was no plain coffee with no added powered milk or sugar (I drink black coffee with no milk or sugar)
