科羅拉多斯普林斯萬豪酒店(Colorado Springs Marriott)

This was my 3rd time staying at this property and I love it. The staff is great and I love the dining/bar area. My only gripe is the $10/day parking they recently implemented. But the parking fee will not stop me from staying at the property in the near future. I can't wait to visit in the spring/summer 2024 and sit outside near the pool area. Fantastic view of the mountain range.

After parking in the spacious parking lot I was irritated by the $10/day parking fee. There was no signage to easily navigate the convoluted driveway. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The layout of the shower and sink was very weird and difficult to move around. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and gracious. Next time I’m in Colorado Springs I will stay elsewhere.

Just a lovely surprise. We had not stayed here before and I really did not do much looking at the property as it was simply chosen as a one night option for a late airline arrival. We would be getting on the road early the next morning. They were out of King rooms so upgraded to a hospitality suite. That alone was a nice gesture. When we saw the room we were amazed at the space and comfort. When we woke up we were so impressed with our view of Pike Peak. Had a great breakfast before getting on the road. My absolute favorite thing was the fact they had 4 hiking options right from their back door. It is one we will return to.

-adequate -tacked on parking fee for isolated unfilled lot -minimal towels, no hooks/bars to hang them; request additional and brought to room with expected tip -room coffee maker, poorly stocked with coffee/cream -no sign indicating that rooms were sanitized -water dispenser first floor did not work -breakfast was trays of eggs, potatoes, etc for $18

I really enjoyed my stay at the Marriott this past week. The staff were friendly, and I had a beautiful mountain corner room, overlooking Piles Peak and the surrounding mountains. The restaurant has good food overall - although the service staff are very pleasant, they tend to be quite slow, so you should plan ahead since it takes a long time to get served. I was also happy to see laundry in the facility and it only cost a couple dollars to get laundry soap, so it’s very convenient. Overall, I had a great time, and really appreciated the corner view and the peace and quiet.

The location was beautiful. The only reason im giving this an ok rating was because we traveled to springs for an appoin**ent. My kids love to swim and i figured rather than drive up the day of appt we could get a hotel and swim. Upon arrival we were informed their pump was broken. No pool. I wish they would have put that on their site.

We like the property and the surroundings. however, the service was terrible, we paid in advance for breakfast and when we went to the restaurant for breakfast the staff questioned our payments, they were rude screaming at us in front of the other customers. we were embarrassed in from of every person in the restaurant.

We were just passing through town and needed a clean and quiet place for the night. The lobby was vibrant, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room clean and quiet. We loved it!

Loved that the hotel was on the edge of a park with lots of trails and views of Pikes Peak. But we were at the hotel for 3 nights and did not get any cleaning of our room. The mattress was not comfortable. And at night there were several large moths that would appear inside and fly around the room. It was not just our room, the moths were in our sons room as well.
