친절한 직원들과 편안란 분위기가 아주 좋습니다. 또한 주변에 편의시설들이 많기 때문에 돌아다니기도 좋아요. 고속도로도 가깝구요

Needed to book a hotel last minute but needed it to be clean and not in the ghetto. This hotel checked all those boxes. And the discount through trip.com made it our first choice. This is not a paid ad, this is my actual opinion!

Clean, comfortable, and very spacious room. Staff was very friendly. One guy even walked right up to our Down Syndrome son and asked how he was, then gave him a free bag of cheetohs. We really appreciated that because he is often ignored out in public.

This is our 5th time staying at this particular Hampton Inn in Chico. Our daughter attends Chico state University, so when we drive up there this is the ONLY place we stay. The staff is always so warm, professional and helpful. The hotel itself is immaculate. We have never had a negative experience and will continue to make this our one-and-inly choice to stay when in Chico or on our way up north.

Clean, newer property, stayed there last year also. Love the modern feel and most of the locations are great.

I absolutely love staying at this property!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I was able to request a room on the first floor and early check-in. We were coming from out of town and got there earlier than expected. It was such an amazing time with family. I will be back soon. They have a good variety of breakfast and to-go bags if needed. Even gave my daughter a cup of milk at midnight, from the kitchen. I can't say enough good things about the employees or our room.

From the moment I walked in the customer service was amazing. The room was clean. The breakfast in the morning was perfect. Thank you. We will be back.

The elevator was very prompt, which was good until it started closing on you after seemingly only 2 seconds.

The staff was great, especially Jay. She was fun and informative. Our weekend getaway was wonderful.
