Excellent pickup and transfer to and from airport service by Ladi the owner! Very friendly staff. From the reception, to the cleaning staff, to the kitchen staff at their restaurant, fantastic service, smiles and always accommodating. Always smiling all the time. Food at the restaurant is fantastic! Home made bread for breakfast, enjoyed it each of the 3 mornings! Bed is very comfortable and aircon was a good reprieve from the hot weather and sun. Nearby and walking distance from a lot of places near the old city. Keep up the good work and a place to recommend to come back!

The guesthouse I stayed at left me with wonderful memories, and here's a detailed account of my experience: 1. If you prefer a short stroll, you can easily reach the Chang Phuak Gate Night Market, offering a variety of delicious food options, including the must-try Cowboy Pork Leg Rice (凤飞**脚饭). 2. Delicious Breakfast: Every day, guests can choose their breakfast and enjoy a beverage. The breakfast options are diverse, ranging from American and Thai-style dishes to sandwiches and even fruit yogurt. The drinks selection includes coffee, Thai milk tea, and more. The portions are generous, and the taste is absolutely delightful. 3. Friendly Staff, Comfort Like Home: The staff members are fluent in English and always greet you with a warm smile, making you feel at home. If you encounter any issues during your travels, you can easily reach out to them via phone for assistance, ensuring a smooth journey. 4. Comfortable and Clean Rooms, Well-Equipped: The room size is just right, adorned with traditional wooden furniture and comfortable scented candles, exuding an exquisite and elegant ambiance that matches the photos exactly. The bathroom provides 100% natural essential oil-scented bath products, creating a relaxing atmosphere for your return. 5. Comprehensive Travel Guide: Inside the room, there is a detailed guide to Chiang Mai's attractions and food, complemented by Google Maps to help you navigate distances. The guesthouse also offers some pre-arranged itineraries, saving you time on planning. In summary, my stay in Chiang Mai was fantastic, offering a warm and comfortable atmosphere that truly felt like home. If you are planning a trip to Chiang Mai, I highly recommend this guesthouse—I'm confident you'll create wonderful memories just like I did!

It's an excellent hotel. Both in service and upgrading the room to a large, comfortable family room with a cute reading corner. TV corner, Netflix service, excellent customer care Warm welcome from the staff The place to sleep is comfortable, quiet, no noise. Excellent clean It is recommended to stay here for the whole family, as a couple, or if you want a backpacker atmosphere, you will have more friends. Breakfast and shared kitchen are available for backpacker for single and family rooms. There is a private kitchen and a private bathroom in the room. Comfortable, the place walks out to find food, restaurants, markets. Near the bar, near the mall, near the temple. Highly recommended here.

The day before we landed I noticed we would be arriving after check in. I messaged on *********** and I got a reply pretty much straight away with all the information I needed in detail, this was such a relief as it it meant we didn't have to worry about potentially not being able to check In. Staff are so friendly and helpful, they helped us book some excursions and did us a discount. Breakfast was good, they had a big selection of English and Thai food and they even packed us a take away Breakfast one day when we had to leave early. Rooms were clean. Great location to near by attractions. Fully recommend!

I’ve only been here a couple hours so far and I’ve never wanted to leave such a good review so early on the stay. The lady behind the main reception is an angel. We arrived way before check in, she took our phone number and gave us a call soon as our room was ready, which ended up being before the regular check in time. We asked her on some advice for tours and she helped us booked and got us amazing discounts on tours for everyday we are here. Including transportation to a few. And the tours where we have to leave early she took down our breakfast order so that’ll it’ll be ready for us (we even found out they make their own bread) She then helped us carry our bags to our dorm. Not to mention this place is immaculate you can smell how clean it is as you walk around. Incredible service, you don’t get it like this at many hostels.
