博爾德斯海灘酒店-咖啡廳及古玩店(Boulders Beach Hotel, Cafe and Curio Shop)

The service was okay - one lady told us that we couldn’t get Ubers or takeaways but we managed to get both fine! Load-shedding was at stage 4 but wifi worked well from the bedroom, even during blackouts. Room was small but did the job! Good location for seeing the penguins and enjoying Simon Town…

Nice enough rooms. Unfortunate restaurant and shop close really early so need to get dinner elsewhere. Also currently no liquor license .

We booked a "Standard Twin Room with Courtyard View" and that was excellent value for money. Very friendly staff, clean room, very quiet at night and veeeeeery close to Boulders Beach and the penguins. An ideal location to go hiking at Cape Point . The only 2 negative points: the walls are very thin so you hear the neighbours talking (but once they sleep it's very quiet). And they start serving breakfast too late (only from 9:30 while we are used to have breakfast at 7am, especially when we do day hikes.)

I booked 2 rooms as there were 4 of us and it was a brilliant stay. I love how one is right in the middle of the walks and swim beaches and you can see penguins on route without having to go into the main penguin entrance. You really feel like you are part of the experience staying here. We will all be back. My recommendation is to go and swim on one of the beaches and have fish and chips at the harbour for dinner 🐧

Of course the location is idyllic, nothing required by man's hand in this beautiful location. Accommodation adequate for us as we only slept there. Manager Chad wonderful. The rooms need a bit of twitching and improvement, but for what we needed it was fine.

Nice location, but... the cat sneaks in through the window and lies on the bed, a big NO-NO, especially if you are allergic to cats, then every time there is load shedding the alarm of restaurant starts beeping, surely there must be an alternative way to secure the premises and on the last night the fire alarm went off for more than an hour, we had to leave until it was switched off, it was way too loud. Sorry to say we cancelled our last night and moved on. They have refunded me for the cancellation night.

Das Zimmer Nr 1 ist abgenutzt am Waschbecken gab es kein kaltes Wasser der Wasserhahn war defekt. Beim Frühstück wurden wir vergessen und haben 1 Stunde gewartet. Die Türe zum gemeinsamen Aufenthalt war abgeschlossen so dass wir nicht hinein kommen konnten. Die anderen Zimmer sahen von außen gut . Wir kommen aber auf jedenfall nicht wieder.
