The hotel was okay. Our room had a pool side view and the staff was nice. More for people who need to crash near the airport. Some issue with room cleanliness but overall not to bad

The stay was good, the room was spacious and clean. Check in was relatively seamless.

Perfect for a quick overnight stay, can't complain about anything. Excellent support from the staff. A special mention of Sikelele the barman is appropriate as he supported me with an iPhone cable when I was desperate to charge my phone, but discovered that I had forgotten mine.

Pillows were ok. Would be advisable to carry your own if it’s comfy. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Service was great. Breakfast was good. If you don’t eat beef or pork please make it known in advance so that they can cater. Highly recommended.

Booking in was a pleasure and front desk staff were extremely helpful and so pleasant. Both room and bathroom areas were clean, linen was clean and yes, the pillows were very comfortable! The room was quiet, bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had a good restful sleep! The view overlooking the pool area was great, especially at night with the blue lights highlighting the area. Stay was too short - I will definitely utilise City Lodge Pinelands again!

Once again a stay without any flaws. Can only recommend this hotel for those who don't necessarily need a walking distance to the crowded city with the waterfront. I couldn't remember all the names, but as representatives of a great management and team in all areas, I would like to thank Bettina, Jens and Analie.

This was an amazing 3 week stay at the City Lodge in Cape Town. The staff were all superb. Francis the security gate man had a warm and welcoming smile. Adrian is super helpful, as are all the staff. Thanks everyone. Hotel is centrally located for good access to Cape Town CBD, Southern Suburbs, motorways ety. The hotel is very safe, clean, spacious and quiet. I’ve stayed many times in Cape Town. This gem will be my hotel of choice on future visits.
