The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and check in was easy with friendly service. Convenient to walk over to the Dacotah Bank Center and back. Also enjoyed that there was a restaurant next door so could park and walk to that as well.

Wry clean. Easy to access. Wish they stocked kitchens with plates and silverware. No pans either. The kitchenette isn’t much good if they don’t provide the basic necessities. Otherwise it was nice. Large fridge was nice.

Check in service fine, room very clean, nice space. Only complaint was bed sagged terribly to the middle, and bed comfort important part of hotel.

Very clean. Easy checkin. Parking is great and free. Rooms look like they have new carpeting. Equipped with stove top, microwave, fridge ( large size) and sink with cabinets. Slept well and I don’t always since I have back issues.

I reserved the hotel for the kitchen only to find that it wasn’t supplied with anything. Not even a spoon to eat our yogurt. We’d have to bring our own - which I don’t recall seeing stated anywhere - or buy it. So if you’re expecting to use the kitchen you have to bring your own plates, bowls, silverware and pans, towels, napkins, etc. Just found that really inconvenient. nice hotel!

It was all great but major disappoin**ent that you don’t serve breakfast! Then to say you serve breakfast in bed is a joke when it’s frozen food that you heat up in a microwave

Stayed at this hotel because we were attending a concert very close to the hotel. It was perfect for the concert. I have stayed at this hotel and it is always been fine with me. It close to a good restaurant and in a convenient to most of Brookings.

The hotel room was so clean! It has a kitchen area with a sink, full size fridge, microwave, stove top, coffee pot, and toaster. You will need to bring your own dishes. Good if you are staying multiple days. Comfortable.
