But we didn't get there till 12:30 in the morning and what was really nice is the the night lady that was on the desk went back and turned the heat on in the room for us so when we got there it was really nice and warm and comfortable which I thought was very very nice

Pleasant people at check in and at breaakfast. Shabby. Holes in bed linen. Scra[ps of paper on floor. Furniture shabby. Needs paint job. Shower curtain torn.No hangers or plastic laundry bag.

Was pretty reasonable for a 2 star Hotel. Price wasnt bad compared to others. Staff was also polite.

I was traveling alone and this property does not have a double bed which I did not need 2 beds just wanted more room, I had to walk around to the back to that room, you can't park there, so it is not safe, at all, spiders where in my tub and in the bed I reported it the next day when living she was like well sorry we sprayed the day before, I could not shower, the class of hotel motel I should say where asking for money, the noise outside my room was non stop did not feel safe at all, the whole area the whole experience and not being able to sleep or shower and dealing with spiders and bringing them back home with me which I have sprayed.

I only stayed for one night, but the room was clean and larger than I expected. I was able to walk to a few of the restaurants nearby during my stay

We booked online. We arrived late do to traveling. The place smelled like cigarettes and smoke although the clerk said it was a nonsmoking place. Our room was filthy and terribly dated. I pulled the sheets back and they were streaked brown. It was disgusting. I went to the front desk and ask for more linens. She gave me a brand new comforter in the bag so I was good with that but all the other linens were all terribly stained and streaked. She went again to get more and they were the same way. All of our towels and wash clothes were all stained and streaked. The floor was so nasty. The smell of cigarettes and smoke was awful. The plug ins were so messed up that my husband was afraid to plug up his CPAP machine. Why is this place even open?? There is absolutely no reason to have this health hazard open. We quickly got up showered off and got out of there. Their free breakfast consisted of some wrapped snacks, yogurt and bananas. There was no coffee in either container. Our Aunt and Uncle’s room was also terribly filthy and their air conditioner made a really loud rattling noise and kept them up all night. This was our first trip to Bristol TN and we definitely know where NOT to stay on our way through in the future.

Very nice people. But…. The entire hotel is outdated. My room had no smoke detector. The breakfast was an absolute joke. I would look elsewhere.

Our refrigerator didn’t work and we brought food with us that spoiled so I wasn’t very happy
