I paid for my stay through **********. When I got there, they charged my card (i gave my card for the hold they put on your card for accidentals) for my stay again. When I told the desk clerk this, he called his manager, and then told me she would be in in the morning. I went down to the desk in the morning to ask for the manager. A different desk clerk told me she won't be in until Monday morning, and that she wasn't even anywhere close to even come in now. She even told me the manager has quite a bit of refunds to do on Monday! When I called on Monday to speak with the manager, she didn't apologize and simple said it would take 5 to 10 business days for the charge to back on my card, in a very irritated way. Even stated she is working on the redunds that she has now. Very bad business!
