I paid for my stay through **********. When I got there, they charged my card (i gave my card for the hold they put on your card for accidentals) for my stay again. When I told the desk clerk this, he called his manager, and then told me she would be in in the morning. I went down to the desk in the morning to ask for the manager. A different desk clerk told me she won't be in until Monday morning, and that she wasn't even anywhere close to even come in now. She even told me the manager has quite a bit of refunds to do on Monday! When I called on Monday to speak with the manager, she didn't apologize and simple said it would take 5 to 10 business days for the charge to back on my card, in a very irritated way. Even stated she is working on the redunds that she has now. Very bad business!

I had requested a pet friendly hotel. Get there and they said they didn’t have anymore pet rooms. Had to find a different hotel last minute causing me to spend significantly more.

Nursing student . First room tv did not work and I had to wipe things down myself because I didn’t want to disturb staff Second room was better but dirty keurig dirty bath tub

Didn’t get to watch TV cause it wouldn’t work. Had the desk person come after 45 minutes and she couldn’t get it to picture. So I asked for a discount on my bill.

Workers failed to mop floors in common areas and in the elevator. Room was clean for the most part. Employees were not friendly but kind of just uncaring.

Very unfriendly front desk. It felt like I was bothering them by staying here.The place could use a bit of tidying and cleaning up. The stars are for the workers at breakfast who were very nice and hardworking

We were not given any hand towels or wash clothes. There were no facial tissues in the room as well. The room was clean and quiet which was a plus.

This hotel was disgusting. The floor had not been vacuumed. the mattress was full of stains! It was so dirty.
