離開荷蘭糟糕的希爾頓逸林酒店，到德國科隆住入萬豪，住入酒店時候接待人員熱情仔細的給我解釋了我的住宿費已經在平台付款包含早餐，7—11點在前台後面餐廳用餐，離店時候衹需要付款城市税就可以，刷卡按金50歐。這家酒店房間温度舒適有24℃左右，衞生乾淨房間設施該有的都有。非常推薦！下次還會繼續入住萬豪。

Been here a couple of times. Rooms are ok though you can see that beds have seen better times. Matresses and pillows are ok, normal standard but decor of the bed has seen better. Location of the hotel is great, bus and metro just outside the door. City centre also good to reach by foot, max. 15 minutes Breakfast has a wide selection.

The Courtyard Marriott of Cologne was clean, beautiful and a great location. It was a short walk to the Central train Station and near all the sights of Cologne. I was only there for one night and did not get to experience the breakfast as we checked out before it was served, but they did provide me with a lunch box which included a ham and cheese sandwich, a banana and a water. There is coffee and boxed water 24 hours a day in the lobby. The beds were super comfortable and the temperature of the room was ideal, as we had control over the air conditioner, whereas other hotels we stayed in the same week, did not allow us control and we were very warm. The room we had was a nice size and the view was of the empty courtyard which was extrememly quiet and definitely highly desirable. Front staff upon checking in, was not friendly, however after check in everyone else we came in contact with was very friendly. I didn't get the ladies name at the front desk, but she definitely didn't give us a positive welcome. Glad her shift ended and everyone else we dealt with, and passed was extremely friendly and that is what the experience should be like.

There was no air conditioning (AC) even though the hotel advertised as having it. Their excuses was that it was too cool at night to operate the AC for the hotel even though it was actually very warm outside. Translation: the entire hotel is either on heat or AC, they are too frugal to allow use of the advertised AC, or their system is outdated and does not actually work properly. Very hot and stuff room. The odd thing was is that the hotel lobby seemed to have AC. The hallways and room were uncomfortably hot. Upon checking in there was only a little bit of toilet paper was left on the roll. Fortunately there was an extra roll provided. Only a few sheets of Kleenex were in the box. Also, the hand soap dispenser was nearly empty. It seems not much care is given to the rooms between guests. On our last day the housekeeper knocks on the door early in the morning even tough the “do not disturb” sign was hung on the door. It was a basic room with furnishings that included a desk, a small round table, 2 small nightstands, a desk chair, and one sitting chair. There was no usable refrigerator, just a mini bar. The was only one suitcase rack situated in the closet. We had to use the sitting chair for our other suitcase. The beds were not too comfortable. Also the pillow case did not completely cover the pillow, so your head might rest upon the exposed portion of the pillow where the lasts hundreds of guest placed their heads. Bathroom was OK but a bit smelly. The shower had low water pressure. Some water will leak out under the shower door to the floor. Stepping over the high tub with a slippery shower floor is a bit precarious. Internet speed was 3.81 Mbps in both upload and download, with 8 ms latency. The location is near the chocolate museum and a good pizza and pasta restaurant is nearby. The cathedral is less than a mile away. At almost 400 euros a night, it was very expensive for a poor experience. Perhaps HN stands for “Not Happy.”

Definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and the best hotel from Accor Hotels. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates for my stay. As soon as I realised it, I contacted the hotel. The staff helped me to change my reservation dates. While on my trip, due to the strikes in France and problems with the train connections I had to postpone my meeting online. I sent an email to request to check in early since I will be having my meeting at 1 p.m. Ms Wulff made the necessary arrangements prior to my arrival. On my arrival I was able to check in early and able to proceed with my online meeting. Without her help I would not be able to conduct my meeting. On the next day, I had another online meeting. Her colleague made the necessary arrangements so that the housekeeping team could get the room cleaned before lunch and my next online appointment. Till date I have stayed in a number of hotels from the Accor Hotels group. In comparison to M Gallery am Konzerthaus in Wien, Hotel Mondial am Dom in Cologne exceeds my expectations. Professionalism The staff at the reception were not only friendly and good at what they are doing, they are also willing to help and went an extra mile to make things possible. I would not have been able to get my work done if they did not help me. Even when checking out, the staff was professional and showed interest to assist customers whenever they dan. Splendid Location Situation a few minutes walk from the train station and the main city area, is this hotel definite one of the most strategic location in Cologne. View of the Cathedral I managed to get a glimpse of the cathedral from my room. Dinner I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was not only affordable, the service was impeccable. The waiter even suggested where I could sit so that I can get the best view of the area. Awesome! I would like to thank the remarkable staff for making my stay in Köln memorable und unforgettable. I would definitely be staying in this hotel again when I visit Cologne. In German (Deutsch) Das Hotel Mondial in Köln ist mein Favorit und ist mit Sicherheit das Hotel von der Accor Hotel Gruppe. Ich habe bei der Buchung das falsche Datum eingegeben und musste meine Buchung ändern. Die Mitarbeiterin. hat mir geholfen meine Buchung zu ändern. Wegen Streiks und Probleme mit Deutsch Bahn musste ich meine Termine verschieben. Ich habe das Hotel gefragt ob ich früher einchecken kann um mein Termin online wahr zu nehmen. Frau Wullf hat alles für mich arrangiert damit ich meinen Termin online fortsetzen kann. Am nächsten Tag habe ich auch einen Termin online. Der Kollege von Frau Wulff hat mit dem Housekeeping-Team koordiniert damit das Zimmer von 13 Uhr fertig gereinigt ist. Dadurch könnte ich meinen Termin um 14 Uhr wahrnehmen. In diesem Hotel sind die Mitarbeiter:innen nicht nur freundlich sondern auch hilfsbereit. Diese Motivation ist leider eine Seltenheit auch bei den Luxus-Marken von Accor. Wenn ich mit M Gallery am Ko

I stayed here a total of 1 night. Room was very hot at night as no AC, not even a fan. There was one small window open but it didn't help much. I stayed in a 6 bed female dorm. Other guests were friendly and nice and respectful of each other's space and sleep. Our room had an ensuite shower and toilet which was very clean on arrival. Public areas including outdoor patio were relaxed, nothing fancy but no complaints either. Service was good; I didn't interact much with staff but no complaints. Location not as downtown as I would have liked but that's my fault. About 30min walk to main train station. Neighbourhood of the hostel - lots of restaurants around, bus stops very close by.

Llegamos por la noche a este hotel, en la recepción había un señor que la verdad nos atendió de forma cordial y educada, a pesar de no hablar nada en español, nos entendimos en ingles. La primera impresión del hotel, es de una pensión, para nada lo catalogaría de hotel. El ascensor es de lo mas antiguo que yo me acuerdo ver. La llave de la habitación es un bloque de pesada, nada practica para llevártela. Alquilamos un coche, y la verdad que no encontramos problemas para aparcar cerca del ”hotel”. Cuando entramos en la habitación, lo primero que hice fue compararla con lo que había visto en la pagina del hotel en internet, difiere un poco sobre todo en la decoración pero para ser honesta con mi experiencia, la habitación para 3 personas es espaciosa, nos dieron una con vistas al exterior y luminosa, que se agradece muchísimo y el baño, bastante amplio, pero con defectos, de hecho según el plano que ponen detrás de las puertas era la mas grande de la planta. Al dia siguiente puedes ver mejor la habitacion, aparentemente limpia, sabanas limpias, baño limpio,.. pero SORPRESA!!! NOS ENCONTRAMOS UNA PRENDA DE ROPA INTERIOR SOBRE LA BUTACA QUE QUEDABA DEBAJO DEL ESCRITORIO. Madre mía!!!! casi me da algo. Sin embargo, la habitación estaba limpia, hasta la cortina del baño la habían puesto nueva, se notaba, tenia todavía los pliegues del doblado. Fui a comunicarlo a recepción, esperando como mínimo una disculpa y un que se yo, pero el comentario del recepcionista, un Sr bastante seco y desagradable y desde luego que no se caracterizaba por su cordialidad y simpatía y una Sra. rubia que estaba a su lado en la recepción , fue un ”Gracias” y coger el numero de la habitacion. Me quede en el mostrador esperando una reacción mas acorde con lo sucedido, pero nada, no la hubo. La habitación tiene el hueco para un refrigerador pequeño, pero no lo hay, las habitaciones no son insonorizadas, se escucha los golpes de los clientes de arriba y del pasillo, aunque debo decir que no fue lo habitual. Hace falta un cambio de colchones urgente, se hunden muchisimo. La bañera es altísima, y cuesta salir de ella. Ahora, lo positivo, la situación del hotel es muy buena, a 20 min caminando, llegamos a la catedral y centro histórico. Cerca de muchos restaurantes, que cierran bastante tarde. Wifi en el hotel. La habitación se limpiaba y se cambiaban las toallas todos los días. La moqueta relativamente limpia, la habitación con calefacción. La verdad y para finalizar, y viendo las cosas por el lado positivo como lugar de transito y para pasar la noche, porque el resto del día estamos fuera visitando los alrededores, no esta mal.

My wife and I stayed in this aparthotel at the end of July 2023. It was well situated within the city and was less than 15 minutes walk into the city centre and the Cathedral. The staff were friendly and had left a drink in my room as it was my birthday, but for some reason the staff member thought I was 6 years old! Odd seeing as I booked with a credit card. I had written to the hotel prior to let them know it was my birthday as well. The apartment was definitely big enough for both of us, with a small hob, microwave and fridge, though we didn’t cook anything, it was nice to have the extra room to relax. There is underground parking at the apartments, which is €20 a day. For the convenience it was worth paying even if it is a little expensive. It rained most of the time we were there, but there is still plenty to do. The Cathedral is free, which is always good and the Hohenzollern Brücke which is full of locks is great to walk over the Rhein. Cologne is a lovely city for a couple of days

這根本不是理想的酒店。我不會再給它比差的評級。酒店的外部前線很糟糕,實際上看起來好像是關閉的。非常不吸引人!走進來的時候,我被一個女職員“接”(沒有打招呼)了,她還好(她確實提供了一些交談)....,但不是最熱情的人。一開始她找別人的時候,我一直在等。這時,我填了幾張表格,一個脾氣暴躁、衣衫的人來了,他提到我必須要付費用,但具體是用來做什麼卻不清楚。我勉強支付了4歐元,我不太懂德語--如果再這樣的話,我可能會更傾向於爭論。這間房間(我住107年)坦率地讓人想起貝茨汽車旅館的一些東西。非常舊的傢俱。房間很熱(我必須打開窗戶),雖然有電視,充足的WIFI,清潔毛巾等-標準只是坦率地可怕。我在浴室的牆上看到一個陰毛!接下來的部分(我按照警告承擔了部分責任),但是10點之後沒有接待,這意味着你不得不帶上你的兩把鑰匙。現在我愚蠢地假設這是因爲10點之後前門會被鎖住。真正的原因是酒店房間的門本身鎖在你身後。我走出酒店房間,去查看是否可以找到人借我一把扇子,門也鎖在我身後。沒有接待人員,晚上被困在走廊裏,只好從窗戶爬出去,幸好天氣熱,自己也開了....,不然不知道會怎麼做,早餐沒吃。價格包括了它,但坦白說,所有東西都太不標準了,我不想冒險。老實說,我知道你得到了你支付的錢,但這甚至不值得,我支付了大約50英鎊。

Exactly what you’d expect from an ibis hotel. Rooms were very small but clean, and adequate for just showering and sleeping every night. Good location right near Barbarossaplatz station, lines 16 and 18 can take you straight into the city centre. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but right next to the station was a ‘BackWerk’ which had all you’d need for a quick breakfast.

喜歡這家酒店的一切。工作人員非常友善,友好和樂於助人,微笑了很多,這太棒了!酒店本身可以俯萊茵河,我們在三樓有一個可以俯河的房間。房間一塵不染,與Nespresso機有很好的接觸,早上喝了新鮮的咖啡。他們還每天向房間供應一瓶水,每天都由非常友好的清潔工打掃房間。我們還在酒店附近的餐廳用餐,並提供10%的折扣券食物很好。所有主要的景點都在步行距離之內,大教堂、博物館、酒吧、餐館、我們門外的乘船旅行和大教堂的巴士旅行。順便說一下,有電梯一個評論提到沒有電梯。一定會回來的。非常感謝酒店的工作人員。

酒店乾淨,熱情,工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。我之前看過評論,說俯市場的房間可能會很吵 - 100%正確。房間在餐廳的上方,所以我們經歷了很多噪音,人們在瓷磚地板上進出椅子,當然這無法幫助,但是,有很多喝的人的噪音,已經失去了所有的抑制,也失去了內部音量控制在凌晨4點太多。我只是建議要求酒店另一邊的房間。我們確實享受了我們在科隆的時光,儘管週末非常繁忙,我們選擇旅行,這是聖誕節前的最後一個週末!

Definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and the best hotel from Accor Hotels. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates for my stay. As soon as I realised it, I contacted the hotel. The staff helped me to change my reservation dates. While on my trip, due to the strikes in France and problems with the train connections I had to postpone my meeting online. I sent an email to request to check in early since I will be having my meeting at 1 p.m. Ms Wulff made the necessary arrangements prior to my arrival. On my arrival I was able to check in early and able to proceed with my online meeting. Without her help I would not be able to conduct my meeting. On the next day, I had another online meeting. Her colleague made the necessary arrangements so that the housekeeping team could get the room cleaned before lunch and my next online appointment. Till date I have stayed in a number of hotels from the Accor Hotels group. In comparison to M Gallery am Konzerthaus in Wien, Hotel Mondial am Dom in Cologne exceeds my expectations. Professionalism The staff at the reception were not only friendly and good at what they are doing, they are also willing to help and went an extra mile to make things possible. I would not have been able to get my work done if they did not help me. Even when checking out, the staff was professional and showed interest to assist customers whenever they dan. Splendid Location Situation a few minutes walk from the train station and the main city area, is this hotel definite one of the most strategic location in Cologne. View of the Cathedral I managed to get a glimpse of the cathedral from my room. Dinner I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was not only affordable, the service was impeccable. I have never been to a hotel where there was no staff present in the evening and had to collect the keys. It is interesting what COVID has done. Coming to the hotel, the location is not far from the train station - 10 min walk (longer if you are hauling luggage); once we reached, we collected the keys from the 'safe' outside the hotel. There was really no staff to guide us - it was easy getting to the room. The room was spotless and lovely in just white. A bed room plus a small separate lounge area which we found just perfect. The window overlooked the courtyard and had a fire escape access which we used as a balcony. Everything was good about the room expect the shower where the water pressure was low and was more like a sprinkler than a shower. Breakfast was actually nice - breads, coffee, cheese, fruits, eggs etc. The owners was helpful and chatty - I guess, we are all recovering and adapting to the COVID pandemic. Location wise, its perfect to get around anywhere by walking - to the Dom and surrounding areas or to the Zoo. Close to the river side as well. Stay there again, yes!

離開荷蘭糟糕的希爾頓逸林酒店，到德國科隆住入萬豪，住入酒店時候接待人員熱情仔細的給我解釋了我的住宿費已經在平台付款包含早餐，7—11點在前台後面餐廳用餐，離店時候衹需要付款城市税就可以，刷卡按金50歐。這家酒店房間温度舒適有24℃左右，衞生乾淨房間設施該有的都有。非常推薦！下次還會繼續入住萬豪。

Super Lage direkt am Rhein. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen. Wesentlich entspannter als in Köln direkt und trotzdem idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Kölnreise. Am besten am Wochenende mit dem Zug nach Köln fahren. Frühstück völlig in Ordnung. Bett bequem. Schrank absolut mehr als ausreichend. Sauber war es bei uns auch. Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt.
