著名假日公寓(Prestige Vacation Apartments - Bonbel Condominium)

Quite a nice place and good for families to stay together in one property with 2 rooms. The living room and kitchen are quite big and can cook you own dinner if you want. The location is a bit hard to find and be careful not to mix up with other properties also called Prestige Vacation Apar**ents - with diff condo name.

Cozy place to stay a home away from home. Might come back soon again! Clean and spacious!

The hotel was really elegant and safe since it has a 24/7 security

Good communication with the provider helped answer questions before arriving, plus were accommodating in checking in late and leaving early. We stayed in a one bed apar**ent in bonbel and it easily accommodated a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The apar**ent had secure parking, 24/7 security and a gym and sauna. The apar**ent had everything needed for self catering, including rice cooker, pot's, pans, plate's, cutlery etc. Water was provided as well. Towels were provided along with spare blanket's etc. Wifi was to a good standard. Apar**ent had 2 X TV's, the main one lagged a little but as we were out exploring Baguio this wasn't an issue. A good location for the botanical gardens, wright park, mansion House and mines view. Also close to city centre and all the attractions located there. We stayed for two nights and would definitely stay in bonbel apar**ents again.

The condominium location was on a very good location near the tourist spots and food joints/restaurants. Our studio unit was clean and tiny but during our stay, unfortunately, there was a brownout due to an electric post that was damaged when a tree fell on it. This resulted to us using the stairs to our 5th floor unit with our luggages sthe elevator was not working and that was not fun at all. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Our room was a corner unit so we had dual balconies and we got good views and fresh air. I will definitely come back here again in thefuture.

We were late to check in at around 9:30 pm. When I informed of our arrival around 8 pm, property manager blamed me for not calling in advance and told me they are not hotel but apar**ent. It's true but for the price they charged, I would expect a level of professionalism that would make the customer feel welcome. We didn't feel welcome at all. I love this property, the unit I had before is better than this 2 bedroom unit this trip, elevator is not functioning that is why I am at level 1, good thing as my Mom cannot navigate stairs.

The gym was equipment was old , broken , rusty and dirty . A big negative for the property
