整體體驗真的很棒。前台第一次見面的所有工作人員都彬彬有禮,友好。 9樓的日式餐廳太貴,食物不正宗特別是拉麪。菜單上有很多食物沒有,以爲那裏沒有太多客人吃。 保安人員在你需要時不會額外走一英里的出租車/出租車。他們甚至在抵達時不會爲排隊的車輛而煩惱。

This was recommended to my husband. So instead of luxury hotels in Baguio, we decided to try this since they have the Platinum suite (2 bedrooms) that was great to accommodate 6 pax. With the friendly reservation staff Ms Mirz, I was excited. However, to my extreme disappointment, albeit good thing I was well prepared for COVID-19 IPC practices (UV lights, Chlorox wipes and Lysol spray), the room was so DIRTY (as in!!! The floor was sticky!!!). I mopped the floors with lysol solution personally, you can see the dirt. The glass mirror was wiped and consumed a bottle of 80pcs wipes. The granite top was dirt black!!! The worst thing, despite those findings, I did not voice out my frustrations and tolerated. However, on our second day, worst buffet breakfast ever! I reserved 6 am for the table we used the first day. And because, I saw a table with reservations prior. When we went to Hoka Brew, the personnel said, that there was no call with a very rude cashier girl infront of us. Worst front desk personnel DAVID (or trainee) when I called the attention and have the appropriate actions, he lied many times telling us that no manager on duty and he even doesn’t know the management office. He told us that the Hoka Brew management (under the same management of the hotel, not a concessionaire) was not responding to any of his calls. My husband even talked to the owner Ms Mel Marquez. Nevertheless, we will NOT definitely go back with all the WORST experiences.

My relatives stayed at the top floor with an amazing view and spacious room. My boyfriend and I stayed at the lower ground level and we both did not like our stay. This was the first time we experienced sharing 1 toilet for men and 1 toilet for women. That time, the owner said, there were 18 people using the 2 toilets. It was so INCONVENIENT and the location was far from the main road. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating to all guests.

碧瑤市賈馬爾360短居酒店是碧瑤新開的酒店之一，於2023-03-31正式運營。旅客們會發現Botanical Garden、Galleria de Potenciana by Arca's Yard和Good Shepherd Convent距離酒店都不遠。酒店佔盡地理之宜，Maharlika Building、Valley of Colors和Igorot Garden離此都很近。優美的環境，再搭配上細緻周到的服務，酒店的休閑區定能滿足您的品質需求。

巴吉奧伯納姆套房也許不是最豪華的酒店--房間有點舊(儘管規模相當大),設施基本,但它擁有最友好和細心的員工之一。我姑姑有醫療急救,前台和保安很快做出反應,幫助我們迅速趕到醫院。我們的所有要求都得到及時處理。我們感到被照顧了。
