Davvero un posto fantastico con una vista magnifica sul lago, la sera una cena ottima e la mattina una colazione molto ricca, consiglio a tutti di fermarsi in questo posto stupendo immerso nella natura della bellissima Etiopia, davvero una terra ancestrale

On a passé deux nuitées et on a vraiment apprécié, tout était bien l'accueil, le service, la propreté et surtout la belle vue ! Je le recommande vivement en famille ou en couple ça vaut la peine ! Surtout que l'hôtel vous prendre en charge à l'arrivée et au départ.

Being used to the next-level fantastic service of the Haile resort in Hawassa, I was disappointed with the service in this hotel. Communication with the staff was very frustrating. A hotel of this nature should at the very least have someone who can speak some English at the reception. The room was not clean and the amenities were not what we were used to. My air conditioner was not working properly. They promised to see to it, but that never happened. What was also odd is that the safe in the room is loose, and just lies in the cupboard. It is not fitted into the wall. I asked them about it, and they simply responded that it is hotel policy. Sad!

We were staying in the hotel for two days and the next day after I take a shower I can’t find the robe in the cabinet! The worst part was when we checke out one of the servants came and asked us they lost one robe in our bedroom and they wanted to search into our luggage! I was trying to explain it that they don’t even put it in the cabinet earlier but they insist and make some bad show in front of my family! After a while they notice that they have found it was their own fault and try to ask an excuse! This was the horrible experience of haile resort arbaminch with my family!

Personnel super et super serviable qui s'est mis en quatre pour en faire un excellent séjour confortable. La chambre était moderne, très propre et très confortable. Je ne m'attendais pas à cette qualité pour cette région mais c'est tellement incridable. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Totalement recommandé si vous êtes dans la région d'Arbaminch.
