Super delicious welcome amenities!!!! Pool was huge, kids had fun. Shower in the room is not that strong, Had to wait for our pre-ordered dinner for 40mins. Was a good experience with the kids :)

We were alone in the resort during our stay and we felt the possible best experience of hospitality. The staffs are friendly and all our request were granted even the medicine I requested for my partner. We'll recommend!

Relaxing getaway from work! Definitely a must visit for a quick recharge! Fresh Air, Healthy hikes, Delicious Food for the tired soul! Very Hospital Staff and enjoyed visiting the rabbits! Will definitely go back! Planning to bring my family soon!

new restaurant that’s why there was delay in serving food during Christmas Eve dinner. Also, my PWD and Senior discount was not deducted when we checked out. Still waiting for refund after more than 24 hours after check out.

Food is the downside. Too expensive yet taste is lacking. Over all good esp Kuya Melvin

Will be back again soon and recommend to friends. Food superb & Highly recommended. Love to Stay at your Family Villa. Pools are clean. Hope you can add more activities for the kids or play grounds. And the animals encounter as well.

Pros: 1. Place looks new. Sheets and towels are also new and feels premium. 2. Breakfast was great esp the hot choco. 3. Front desk personnel were nice and very responsive. 4. Wifi and water pressure are both strong. 5. The personal butler touch was a bonus. Cons 1. The deluxe villa, which is supposed to be for 4 pax, is quite small. Its more suited for 2 pax. 2. Spa prices are quite steep. 3. Plunge pool is small. Management should consider making it heated, otherwise, guests will not find it of much use. 4. I understand that its an eco resort but a little more landscaping will make it more attractive to guests

It was a great experience for us and we will definitely come back. The room is great, food is great, service is great. Great venue to relax and commune with nature. Kudos to the management and staff of Hiraya !
