特里亞納別墅酒店(Villa Triana-Adults Only)

Basic clean hotel with a small swimming pool. The staff forbade the use of a swimming ring in the pool. Beautiful sea view. Breakfast is not included in the price (16e/person). The room is only cleaned upon separate request. The room had two balconies, one with no furniture and the other with two chairs and a small table. I would have liked more balcony furniture so that there would have been enough seating for everyone. The bottom slats of the extra bed were broken and the springs in the mattress pressed on the back. The big bed was comfortable. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. Perfect location by the sea and a shop nearby, as well as a bus stop. I've gotten better value for money, but this is just fine for a week's vacation.

De foto's zagen er prima uit. We boeken een standard kamer. Die leek best luxe. Het ontvangst was prima. De kamer echter was toch echt matig. Er klein, laag plafond en het raam vanuit de badkamer keek uit om een volgestopt rommelhok. Er werd ons keurig gratis opwardering aangeboden. Deze kamer had dan wel een super klein balkonnetje. Niet overdekt en op het westen. Gezellig zitten kun je hier zeker niet. We mogen gelukkig verder kiezen. Er zijn weinig gasten. De superieur kamer is goed van afmeting . Balkon aan zeezijde,overdekt. Beetje ouderwetse namaakglorie. Bedomranding vlekkig. Maar verder schoon. Deze opwardering is dan wel met een stevige bijbetaling. Kies niet voor de suite, die is echt bestukt met ouderwetse meubelen en ruikt niet fris. Gratis koffie in de lobby. Netjes. Ontbijt is wel erg summier, hiervoor geven we echt een onvoldoende, en de ontbijttafels zijn veel te klein. Er werd ons verzocht om op de kamer te eten. Hier voelen we weinig voor. Daar is echt geen ruimte voor. We moeten op een list aangeven hoeveel brood, boter,kaas ed we allemaal willen. Alles is echt afgemeten. Veel te zuinig. Koffie en thee lauwwarm. Het zwembad is mooi en netjes. Veel ligbedden aanwezig. Op het oog erg mooi. Helaas zijn een deel kapot en onbruikbaar. Jammer. Er word niet geïnvesteerd en vervangen.

Lovely stay at this wonderful location! Very friendly and helpful staff and a great laid back vibe! Easy access by regular and cheap bus or walking to Zadar.

Really brilliant location by the sea front! Beautifully set up so you can enjoy the pool in the lovely garden or step out onto the promenade and bath in the clear waters of the sea!

The property has awesome views. The staff is welcoming and friendly (Loretta was very pleasant, helping and professional). That’s for the good part. The property has a meeting room, fully stacked, and there are no coffee makers in the rooms. But the coffee machine in the advertised “meeting room” was broken and was never fixed throughout our stay. The unfriendly lady owner even removed the electric kettle, siting safety reasons(???).The meeting room got simply locked the day after our arrival and was never accessible. The rooms are well decorated, but the showers are claustrophobic, and the hot water runs out in the middle of showering. Our friends had intermittent hot water in their shower (it would go from weak pressure to a drip). When the owner was notified of the problem, she simply shrugged it off by saying that everyone had the same issue. Stay away from this expensive property and unfriendly owner!
