The room was spacious with 2 comfortable chairs and a comfortable bed. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The room is clean, specious for one bedroom. Need bed a little bit softer. Just comment, not complaining. Overall, everything is good. Breakfast is great. Definitely, we will come back.

It was adequate. Nothing fancy. Clean. I just wish the bedding wasn’t so thin and lack luster.

On 11/25/2023, I arrived at the hotel after 12:30 am and encountered a confusing situation at the entrance door. There were two doorbells, one regular white bell and the other with a camera. It was unclear which one to ring, so I pushed both. The person working at that time was not polite and expressed frustration at me for ringing the bell twice. He was angry, and his behavior was unprofessional. I understand that he may have been woken up, but I did not intend to cause any trouble. I was not to blame for the situation, as the hotel should have clear instructions for the guests to follow. Despite his attitude, I kept my cool and tried to reason with him, but he continued to be rude and unapologetic. As a tired guest, I felt very uncomfortable and upset by his behavior. I request that the hotel provide better customer service training to its staff. Dear Ben Patel, General Manager - Thank you for your attention.

Our stay was good. Room was clean and housekeeping was very nice. Beds were comfortable. I only gave it 4 stars because the bedding seemed a little outdated and our view was a field full of garbage, maybe a dump site. But over all the room it self worked for my family

Breakfast was light-no eggs or meat- but waffle maker, hard boiled eggs. Room was fine good price for quick stop on travels. A little old looking, but fine

Comfortable spacious clean room conveniently located off of the freeway.

Checkin clerk argued with me that I did not have a reservation for like 15 minutes, then it supposedly barely loaded into the system. I made my reservation 2weeks ahead & added 2nd room about 8 hrs prior to arriving The front desk told us at 8:55am that they wouldn’t bring out anymore waffle mix because it was too late. Breakfast is clearly posted from 6:30-9:30.

Coffee pot in room has cooked on residues in the filter basket. The refridgerator had towels inside that were soaked with water as if they were degfrosting but forgot to finish.
