This is our go to place when in the area the customer service is amazing Juliet is top notch the rest are great as well. Rooms are always spotless beds a super comfortable and the breakfast is excellent

Indoor pool water was warm but pool water was let’s say not clear. Hot tub was not really hot but was in a more private area from pool, al though there was an annoying chirping/screeching sound the whole time. Rooms were nice. A fan in the bathroom would have been nice to keep the room from feeling damp though. Hot breakfast and its service was an excellent amenity.

The property was close to the highway so easy to find. Staff we pleasant and helpful. All rooms faced the river in the back so was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Many nice restaurants near by. Recommend 2nd Street Grill!! We would stay again. Good value.

Bathrooms smell moldy and do not have bathroom fans. Carpeted rooms don't feel very clean.

Front Desk was extremely friendly at check-in. Room was not ready, but they held out bags for us and gave us walking directions to a fabulous Mexican restaurant nextdoor via a walking path along the river - very beautiful!
Room was roomy and very clean. Had everything we needed + more. Loved the breakfast which was included, and icing on the cake were the drink coupons in the bar for happy hour! Location was so convenient to the Sundome and parking at the hotel was easy in-and-out. Would definitely stay here again for our trip next year as well!

The river behind the property was amazing. We lucked out and got a river view room. Wish we could've stayed longer to see it more/walk the area behind the hotel. The breakfast was awesome. :)

This is the BEST place to stay if you have to stay in Yakima. It has everything you need, is clean, upscale, safe and quiet and the staff are amazing.
