Unique hotel. Beautifully decorated rooms but really small. Super comfy beds. Helpful staff. Amenities were questionable-WiFi was difficult to access. Coffee pods/tea in room was not included-along with pricey dining options at Sonoma in the hotel. Cool bar and dining spot but extremely expensive for a hotel.

The property is conveniently and safely located off of route 9 and near Umass memorial hospital. The staff were professional, helpful and very friendly. The check-in was very pleasant and fast. The elevator requires a room key to be operated which is very safe but easily operated. My accommodations were practical and well maintained as well as being beautifully designed. I had one of the most restful nights that I’ve had in a very long time! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I honestly didn’t want to leave in the morning.

o A high quality property
o Helpful, friendly staff
o Roomy accommodations
o Lovely art in hallways and common areas.
o The only problem was with the Wi-Fi. For many websites I needed to disconnect the Wi-Fi from and reconnect Wi-Fi to my computer. Rebooting didn’t help. This seemed to happen only after the computer went to sleep, the screen saver was invoked, or the computer was turned off.
o Overall: a very pleasant stay and we would welcome returning

The facility was just beautiful I could not believe it our room was amazing. I grew up in Worcester live in Brookfield Mass. Our son got married in Worcester over the weekend so we decided to stay for two nights and I am so glad we did. And the cost was amazingly reasonable

The property is kept in pristine condition. The staff is always personable and go out of their way to assist.
On this visit they seemed to be replacing flooring on another floor so that hammering could be heard by 8 am. The only other minor annoyance was we could not find a news channel in the evening.

Have stayed here over the years and always have a good experience. It is so nice to see the bar/ restaurant open again- one of the main reasons we like to stay here. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy and this is a great place to stay instead of the “chain” hotels in Worcester.

Staff is very friendly and helpful at both hotel and restaurant. Have stayed here 3 times and always clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Beautiful detail work in lobby and rooms. Will stay again when in area!
