me gusto, pero lo que no me gusto nada fue que me cobraron otra taxa que en la reserva con ********** no estaba. habia una taxa de la habitacion y otra taxa por los ocupantes.

Desayuno excelente, muy amables, habitaciones comodas, solo la limpieza de la habitacion fue 4 dias despues y si domos tiempo y aviso, aun asi lo recomiendo.

The property was ok, there’s no charm whatsoever but ok. My big problem was the morning we were leaving my daughters key card stopped working. Because the door’s key pad ran out of battery. We were delayed a full hour, which meant I missed another event I was scheduled to go to. The front desk staffs demeanor was incredibly disengaged. When I asked for a $20 room charge to be removed out of courtesy she glared at me, and told me I’d have to speak to a manager, who was not on the property. So, I’d have to use more energy to feel my concerns were addressed. There has to be better places to stay.

The air conditioning in my hotel suite was broken; the shower didn’t work properly; the ironing board was stained; the hair dryer was sticky; and when I opened the closet next to the bed, there was a large strand of hair dangling from the spare bedding. The staff person with whom I spoke was very conciliatory and pleasant, but made no attempt to offer a refund or other recompense.

Booked the wrong date. Had to pay for another night when we arrived. Explained our situation to Springhill and Orbitz. Told it was policy, so the room has stayed booked and I had to pay for an empty unused room. Ill never stay at another Springhill Suites again. I would have been glad to take a credit voucher or anything other just lose the money.

Very clean and large room! Extra linens available in room for pull out couch (no need to go to front desk). Room doors are very loud when they shut even if you try to be quiet (safe but annoying when your neighbor is in and out 10x in a minute!) Definitely will stay again.
