The hotel was conveniently located by the church we attended for a wedding. It was in a nice area with local eateries/restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The room was comfortable to stay in, however the toilet in the bathroom could use a replacement handle. The handle kept falling off multiple times during flushes. We received house keeping services, but the empty tissue box did not get replaced with a new box of tissue.

The room I was given was not clean. The bed was *****ped but there was no clean sheets, and there was trash and forgotten toiletries in bathroom. The lady at the desk was quick to switch me to a different room and was professional and apologetic. Also, I was told when and where breakfast was served but they failed to mention that it was $15 per person until I was handed a bill after we made out plates. The breakfast was decent but not worth the price. I’ve had the same breakfast options for free at the Hyatts I’ve stayed at in the past.

A quick overnight stay while on our way home from vacation. Checked in rather late. Friendly welcome complete with warm cookies! We booked a double room with a sofa bed, but was told one wasn't available at the hotel- that was disappointing. Other than that, everything was great and we were pleased with our stay.

I looked for defects in the room but I couldn't find any. The only problem was the back exit had cigarette butts thrown around the standing ash container.

The hallways where dirty. Crumbs everywhere on third floor. Hair in bathroom floor and tub. Sanitizer stand out of sanitizers. Half a roll of toilet paper.

I liked my stay and would stay again. It was comfortable and clean. Pillows we're nice, bedding was nice.
Staff was a hit or miss. A few were fantastic and a few clearly didn't want to be there.
All in all it was a nice place to stay. The parking lot was close and convenient.

I was thinking that my room would have a refrigerator and microwave as it did stated as part of the amenities for my stay at this hotel. The lady at the front desk told me that some rooms have refrigerators and some don’t. They have 1 microwave that’s in the lobby of the hotel that’s for everybody to use. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Don’t stay here
