Basic but good. Clean rooms in a great location. Was allowed to check in early.

Room and facility was what I expected, but customer service was sub-par. No one at check-in desk when arriving. Housekeeping attempted to enter before we checked out. Staff was unresponsive and socializing in breakfast room. Then no one at desk for check-out. Child in office had to retrieve someone who then seemed annoyed that we were trying to officially check out.

Property and rooms are fine. Person at front desk didnt like that we used ******* to book our room as it cuts down motel rates and she doesn't get a raise because of it

The staff that checked me in was very unfriendly. Our room was terrible. Before opening the door we could smell a strong odor of urine and upon entering the room it was worse. Will definitely not be staying here ever again.

The front staff was nice but our room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while and had a funky smell.

I have stayed here 4 times and everytime the clerks are extremely rude and unfriendly. The hotel is clan for a nights stay. I would never stay for a vacation, but traveling through it works great.

Clean rooms. I was a housekeeper in college, so I know when to bring a Lysol into a hotel room. This room was super clean. Nice super 8 breakfast area clean. We checked in at midnight & a clerk was at the desk & friendly. It was $20 for my 5lb chihuahua to stay thoZ

This was a quick overnight for us. It is ok for what you pay. The woman at checkin was not at all friendly. She was proudly wearing her satanic temple emblem around her neck too. She was very curt. The beds are hard. The coffee is bad. But it is a cheaper hotel, so the price matches the quality. You can still be friendly though if you work in customer service.

The place was tip top clean, comfortable and was pet friendly. The breakfast was good and everything was clean! ❤️
