凱藝套房酒店(Quality Inn & Suites)

Ok if you don't have a pool anymore don't let people think you do and book room bc of it.

Hot water in shower would get cold then when you turn it hotter after a few minutes it would get really hot then cold. Did this for 2 days and at off peak hours also. Other than that it is a nice property and I will stay there again.

I had a nice stay at the Quality Inn. This was for my college Homecoming, so I didn't get to enjoy the hotel's facilities much, being busy with college things. No problems, though, the heating and A/C both worked (yeah, it was that sort of weather). the ice machine worked, the breakfasts worked out well--in one case, I needed something to hold me over for hours, and in another just something to keep me until we were fed at the school function, and their breakfast selection came through in both cases.

It was nice & clean. I was surprised that they have a complimentary breakfast. I reserved a room thru ******* & had looked at what they offered but this was missing.

Was clean and accommodating. Continental breakfast was nice. Stayed 6 nights. Will stay again

First time in Winfield on business and my stay was great, Staff very friendly and hotel well cared for and clean. I will stay here again

The room was clean and comfortable. It could use some updating. The towels were OK, they could also be updated. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in town. Good deal for the price.

Could not Check in. Personal injury be for arriving. Paid full bill of $300 plus. Not even a thank you. You made an easy 300 .

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Bathroom needed work in the shower. Sheet rock was flaking off on the ceiling in the shower. Room seemed like it needs a dehumidifier. Room had a musty smell to it.
