威爾明頓市區喜來登套房酒店(Sheraton Suites Wilmington Downtown)

There were holes in the walls, lightbulbs out in the hallway, missing bathroom amenities, dirty sink, beat up and horribly maintained elevators, the elevator key touch to get up to floors didn’t work, allowing ANYBODY up to any of the floors and rooms, terrible parking garage with the spaces too close and too difficult to get in and out. Terribly over priced for what you get. I left early because it was an overall terrible hotel. The only saving grace where the lovely women who checked me in and out.

Once we got to the room we thought it was warm & turned the air down before we left for dinner. Once we returned it was not much better but we attributed that to it being a hot day and hoped it would cool off soon. Children were running & screaming in the halls & on the stairs. Our room was beside the stairwell so we heard this all night. There were brown hairs in the shower and sink from someone else (as we never used the facilities prior to this occasion). There was makeup on the baseboard. The shower was slippery with no grab bar on a sloped shower floor. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom either which only added to the already hot room. Upon getting in bed I noticed how dusty the night tables, and headboard were. July 7th was truly one of the worst nights of my life as the air was very obviously broken. We were sweating & unable to sleep due to the lack of A/C in the room. I have an autoimmune disease and have difficulty tolerating temperature extremes. As a result my extremities were red and swollen. I called the front desk and was told that nothing would be able to be done until 7 am when a member of the engineering crew came in. Once the tech came, the air was fixed in minutes. We left for the day to visit family and paid the $20 fee to exit the parking garage but was charged again on my bill. When we went to check out there was only 1 working elevator. We had to take 5 flights of the stairs with all our bags. I will never stay here again.

* Front desk staff needs training on customer service. * Room service promptness and accuracy needs improvement. * Loud parties and brawl at nights outside the lobby. * Bathroom without exhaust fan is not meeting the basic 101 of bathroom etiquette.

The hotel is wonderful. All suites have modern and large TVs, bathrooms. Fluffy towels, comfortable beds, a microwave, fridge, and sink, with the extra large TV in living room, make this hotel comfy as hell. The only problem is with the parking on premise. It’s too tight, and very hard to leave the lot. Thank goodness my car made it.

The breakfast is not free… it’s not worth the amount charged either…for the available services it appears to have it’s a very poor services…. They can do better….I’ve seen better in lesser establishments. Coffee is not available after 9ish. However, they have a coffee shop in the center of the lobby. It has only been open once and closed shortly after…. This place has the potential and seems to have the facilities to meet higher expectations. Didn’t see a manager during my stay….

We had a great time. little hiccup at first when my reservation didn't show in their system. after 10 minutes of fumbling it was fixed and I received my room. Stay was nice, room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable but for whatever reason folks in our party said their rooms were 'warm' at night even tho we set tstat back. It was cold outside so maybe they only have heat available this time of year. Regardless, overall a great stay and would do it again

O hotel é bom de forma geral, os quartos são ótimos, especialmente pelo espaço. A equipe do hotel não é simpática ou gentil, mas atendem com profissionalismos, que é o que importa.

It's a beautiful hotel! The rooms where spacious and it had some good amenities. Front desk was friendly and helpful when my key stopped working. There is a Starbucks located in the lobby where you can get free coffee, otherwise you have to pay for breakfast. It would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast. The hotel is in walking distance to several shops and restaurants. The only con I have is the parking. It's below the hotel and has very tight corners when leaving out. You can see on the wall many cars have been damaged trying to leave out. Otherwise I definitely stay here again!

Pros: large suite, very clean, comfortable bed, 2 large screen TVs, decent buffet breakfast Cons: challenging parking lot, no housekeeping after checking in (although that may be available upon request), location not ideal for walking around (heart of business district)
