威爾明頓希爾頓逸林酒店(DoubleTree by Hilton Wilmington)

For a Hilton and the price we paid it did not meet the standards we expected. The actual sheets and bathroom were clean but the room felt very worn and dirty. The handle was broken on our bedroom door, the couch sagged and adults could not have slept on the pull out bed it was so uneven. Thankfully our toddlers didn’t complain. The cookies were nice but paying $5 for a bottle of water was not!

This was a decent hotel that I would stay at again. It wasn't excellent, but it was good. The elevators were old and slow, which was inconvenient at times. When I checked in with my husband I was given 1 cookie, I had to ask for a 2nd so we didn't have to share. The worst part was right outside the front doors and all over the parking lot, it constantly smelled like ****. We were in and out of the hotel all weekend and I thought I was going to get high from just being around the hotel.

Hotell med god beliggenhet, hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. God seng. Renhold av rommet hver 5.dag innenfor et opphold. Oftere mot ekstra betaling. Gode parkeringsforhold, og godt utvalg av spisesteder inne gangdistanse. Frokost ikke inkludert i rompris.

My wife and i have stayed here many times while visiting relatives, we have never had an issue until our most recent stay. We were given a room which had no blackout shade or blinds for the window, just a transparent drape. Fortunately, it was both a cloudy night and we didn't face the main street with bright lights. In addition, our room's a/c made a grinding noise every time it turned itself on making it difficult to sleep. The staff did not seem to know about the missing shade and told us the a/c was due to be repaired. Very disappointing after having only good experiences here.

The property is nice, good rooms, and nice options nearby, the problem was we wanted rooms cleaned and they refused and said we had to tell them the day before, they said they could drop off sheets and blankets and we could do it ourselves, when we returned to the room later, they had thrown a huge bag filled with sheets and towels near the entrance of the room, just seemed very irresponsible and lowers the rating for the property

We need handicap, "roll in" access. The Hotel had a shower curtain that went to the floor precluding splatter and water on the bathroom floor and a slippery floor. Restaurant staff was very friendly and concerned about seeing we were well taken care of.

My daughter woke up with little bites all over her back and face. I reported this to the front desk who said they would let their manager know. I never received a call from the manager.

Me and my girlfriend stayed for a weekend. We both loved the place. The location and our room were excellent and we will definitely will be going back. Our room was so nice.

The facilities need quite a bit of an upgrade. The elevator, toilet, and air conditioner all made noise. Located right off 202 near restaurants and mall so a perfect location.
