No fridge or microwave. No alarm clock. No in-room coffee. Scary toilet. Steep staircase and no elevator. No carpeting. Poor TV channel choices.

En recepción nada amables, la habitación normal, bien, la cama no muy buena, lejos de Cleveland.

Katie at the front desk was an absolute angel! She would be the reason I would come back. She treated my family like royalty in a really tough situation and I cannot be more grateful!

Clean room, very dated amenities. Tv had a line of pixels out so it was difficult to watch TV.

Outside of property not well lit. Checked in late a night and she put me in a room very far from lobby. So close to highway that noise was so bad all night. Doors so thin, it was so loud outside my door. Not a good experience. Didn’t feel safe

Our room was gross. We had to bring in our own blankets old soaps were left in the shower and all over the sink. Just disgusting. We were so tired from being in the car 16 hours or would have left. Would never go again. Should be refunded for how dirty it was alone

Three of us caught a concert at the Beachland Ballroom that night. Instead of driving 3 hours home we drove 10 easy minutes to the Red Roof. Left in the morning. It was exactly what we needed!!!

It's tricky to recommend for more than sleeping & showering. The room smelled recently cleaned which is fine; that airs out and it did. Bed was good. Floor was hilariously sticky both nights and bathtub drained water extra-slow. I guess from a point of view that might save water because the clogged drain made me want to be in & out of there asap.

Staff was friendly but cool during check in Room smelled musty, almost every flat surface, light switches, vanity backsplash, wall unit vents, headboards, baseboards and light fixtures were dusty and have not be cleaned recently. Windows built up a lot of condisention on the inside
