Me an my girlfriend. She's the one bite up. checked in Days Inn hotel in Willesboro, NC on February 13th-15th room 223 later that day February 15th check back in was put in room 219 well sitting on the bed I did itch on my legs paid it no mine, well time went on around 1:30 AM -- 2AM I got up went to the bathroom cane back looking I noticed a little red bug I took a few pictures of it, my boyfriend said it was bed bug, we both took showers right away, Called the office told what was going on, she said well move you rooms, so onces in a few room I call customer service she has me on hold for a while then comes back says well the hotel is going to refund you $17 an here at customer service well put a $25 gift card on your account. I have bite marks all over my body. I spent more then $17 , ate up by bed bugs can't get my money back for that room or get unbitten by these. I have not ever experience anything like this.

The rooms were very old and tattered with moldy conditions, and one room had bedbugs. obviously, this was an old red roof Inn from the 70s that has never been remodeled or attended to. To turn off our TV I had to unplug it.

Very dirty. Stained sheets. Roaches. Holes in dirty carpet. AirCon nasty dirty with broken louvers. TV (tiny and old) would not turn off -had to unplug. Lamps broken. Worst Days Inn ever.

Super good friendly staff. Made sure I was comfortable with my location of room. It was an all around good stay. Located in an excellent spot. Food and shopping within walking distance. Even have a coffee hut next to the parking lot entrance.

The stay was cut short by an emergency and the staff was understanding and refunded my money for the unused day.

Room was dirty.Had blood stains on the blanket.Holes in carpet.Curtains ripped.

This place is way overdue for a remodel. Paint is peeling off the walls, the outside looks run down and the noise!!! You can hear everything and everyone around you. There were people talking loudly and slamming doors until 3am my second night there. The first night wasn’t as bad as they quieted down after midnight. The door handle felt like it was about to fall off and the place just seems sketchy overall. I would highly recommend spending an extra $20 a night to stay somewhere nicer.

2nd time I have stayed here. Good place, everything works fine and is convenient to what you need to get to in the area.

We were in town for a music festival. The location was fine. Breakfast ending at 9 AM on a weekend was too early for our preference. Also, our room featured a toilet that seemed designed for children. It was lower than standard and small. My aging knees didn’t appreciate the lack of height. Staff were friendly and in general the hotel was fine.
