Top Hotel und top Ausstattung. Eher etwas gehobenes. Tolle Lounge und sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer sind sauber bis auf die extrem dreckigen Fenster. Es war ein Doppelbett gebucht, extra nochmal telefonisch abgeklärt und dennoch 2 Einzelbetten bekommen. Im Gegensatz zu andern Hotels mit selber Ausstattung sehr teuer.

The hotel has great spaces for hanging out, having drinks, and the restaurant food was better than I expected. The bar/restaurant staff were very kind and patient with our big group! The room we had was a very good size, plenty of room to spread out suitcases. We liked that it had a full length mirror and place to hang clothes. The bathroom was also spacious with a large shower and lots of counter space. It looked more modern and updated than the room itself. There's parking, for a cost, but it's convenient. The location is fine if you have a car or want to take the bus, which has a stop just across the street. The bed was huge and comfortable. It's also nice that there is a little shop to buy snacks, wine, waters, souvenirs, etc. We wished there a fridge in the room. It seemed some rooms had them and some didn't. There was plenty of room for one in ours. Not a huge deal though. Also there was no clothes iron anywhere on the property apparently. That would've been nice, but again, no big deal. The room was suffering a bit from wear. Nothing too bad, but some stains on the carpet, chips in the furniture, etc. Bedding was very clean though.

About two weeks ago I forgot a pair of Nike shoes in this hotel and I contacted them to try to recover it and it’s quite expensive one. After a while they came back to me saying nobody found the shoes, that’s very weird isn’t? If nobody found where is it? I just thought that should be a reminder to other guests in this hotel as there was no responsibility from the hotel regarding others belongings and there was no solution for it.

von außen furchtbar, die lobby sehr schön und groß mit der lounge und billiardtisch, extra lounge nochmal zum sitzen und vorne einen kleinen kiosk und nebendran dartspiel. rezeption schön, frühstücksraum ging so und büffet nicht schlecht, essen ging so - preis-leistungsverhältnis nicht so gut. zimmer war gut, jedoch war auf meiner matratze ein fleck, den man durch das laken sah, fand ich nicht so gut. ansonsten sauber, was schade ist: es liegt quasi fast an der bundesstraße und ist auch nachts sehr laut, man kann kein fenster offen laßen, auch störte das licht des thermostates der klimaanlage sehr, außer man schaltet diese ab. was mich auch störte, das es keinen safe gab. Personal sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen, man hat sich aufgehoben gefühlt

Das Hotel liegt leider etwas außerhalb. Der Bus fährt aber direkt vor dem Hotel ab. (Ca. 6 Stationen bis zur Innenstadt) Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Das Frühstück war okay, allerdings waren sehr viele Fliegen im Speisesaal. Die Reinigungskraft stand nach einem kurzen Klopfen um 08.30 Uhr bei uns im Zimmer. Das Bett war sehr gross und bequem. Im Zimmer gibt es leider keinen Save.

Solid choice. No issues The air conditioning is a bit weak but i think they will get a new setup on 2023. Good place to stay really no issues. Nice design clean

Die vielen positiven Beurteilungen können wir nicht teilen. Das Doppelzimmer war ziemlich abgehaust, und es war zu merken, dass an allen Ecken gespart wurde. Abgeschlagene Zimmerecken zum Bad, kein Safe, kein Kühlschrank, kein Zimmerservice, kaputte Möbel. Wie auch schon in anderen Pentahotels lange nichts investiert. Auch das äußere Gebäude ist heruntergekommen. Sehr billiger Käse, Brötchen etc. zum Frühstück. Wir würden hier nicht noch einmal übernachten

One night on our way to Italy. *********** upgrade for a bigger room. Perfect for us since we were travelling with a toddler. They placed an extra bed for him. Spacious and good shower! And the breakfast perfect; a lot of fruit, yoghurt, eggs , vegetables, good bread cheeses, a lot to choose from. Also soy milk and lacto free yoghurt.
