Bad service

Nice renovations and everything looked clean. Really convenient access from the interstate. We were disappointed that breakfast didn't start until 6:30 a.m., so we had to miss out as we needed to get going, but they do give you a protein bar and water to go if you ask. Fortunately, a 24/7 whataburger is right across the street and serves breakfast.

My belt was left there and I called after and they “ couldn’t “ find it. If you guys are going to stay here DONT. I’ve never stayed somewhere when ALL the employees lacked integrity ESPECIALLY the manager. If I could give zero stars I would. So one star will do.

Our stay was not a great experience. Rooms smelled wet and sour (mildewy). Bed cover had red something or blood smeared on it. No soap or shampoo in the shower. Dispensers were empty. I would not stay here again, esp during renovation. They should close this Hotel down during this time. Nowhere online does the hotel indicated that it is being renovated. Surprised when we arrived.

This location looks great from the outside and online, but inside is old and musty with terrible beds and pillows. They are renovating the lobby, But the rooms are horrible. I'll never stay here again

I enjoyed the time I was able to have with my family. The stay was great and very clean and comfortable. Will stay the next time I'm in town for sure. My kids enjoyed being able to use the WiFi for their devices.

This place was dirty and super sketchy. There were tons of people in the hotel but no cars in the lot. I saw people doing ***** in the second floor hallway. I did not see any families and only saw men walking around suspiciously throughout the building. I did not stay here but long enough to see my room and then I left. I found a room at the La Quinta Inn MSU (across town in a nicer area of town- 2511 E. Montgomery Place). I was traveling with my older mother and two dogs. I would never recommend this hotel for anyone, especially not families. The one great thing about the place was the front desk associate. She was so kind and understanding.

Room was mediocre. Blue stains in the sink, the toilet flushed twice when you pulled the handle, no shower mat (I almost fell slipping on the tub - put a towel in the tub to keep from slipping.) The desk chair was stuck in the down position. When I asked for another chair, was told "ALL the chairs didn't work." I would think if you know about a problem good management would fix it. If you know this is a widespread problem and do nothing, it is institutional negligence. So-called "breakfast" was packaged mini-muffins, coffee, and juice. If you advertise "breakfast," then have breakfast.

You may not like the overall look of the location, but give this one a chance. Nice People, and Friendly Staff. Good Prices, and Clean, and Quiet Rooms. Comfortable beds, and extra pillows provided if asked for. Only three pillows in King Rooms, and my wife, and I enjoy two pillows a piece...lol
