Good for what it is.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The front doors, however, can be handicap friendly. And, carpets in the pet friendly rooms can be steamed more often. I did enjoy my stay and I will re-book my stays there.

The room was nice. Breakfast was very basic and the tables were dirty when we went to eat and they stayed dirty all the time. It takes only 2 min to wipe those tables. I didn’t like the dirt there. We stayed on the first floor and l really regretted that because the rooms in this floor are too close to the reception and breakfast area. So it’s quite noisy. I was awaken by constant squeaky door noises very early morning. It was so frustrating. On top of that, housekeepers were vacuuming the hallway as early as 8 am which was so frustrating too. I didn’t have much expectations from the hotel or the area but l really hoped to be able to sleep and rest without actually being disturbed by the employees. The reception was smiley and nice but my priority while staying in a hotel is not friendly people (although it’s important) but comfort.

Hotel staff were easy to deal with and they were friendly, room was clean but should have been cleaned better. We found someone sock in the room and still hair in the sink and tub, the smell in the hotel was like a old musky smell which wasn’t good

It was dark and musty smelling. There was a mouse in my room and i noticed traps in the stairwell. Elevator was noisy and jumping. too freaked out to ride in it. They say they are going to renovate but...??? who knows It shouldn't be used anymore.

This Hotel is barely holding together—many broken fixtures and stains everywhere. By the reviews given its been this way for a while and the pictures shown do not actually represent how it actually looks

Very friendly staff. Good off street parking. Excellent location for food and shopping. Comfortable but dated room. Hotel needs an update overall.

The bed was very comfortable! I slept like a baby! The only bad thing was the ice machine didn't work. I would definitely stay here again, staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

They gouge prices if you walk in and made me literally go online while standing at the front desk to get a reasonable price. Very UNFRIENDLY staff- Stay away and Beware
