Everything they did was perfect right down to the free breakfast and cleaning of the rooms during my multiple days there definitely recommend very very happy with my stay

I have been coming to this hotel for over 15 years. Rooms are clean and they offer a great breakfast.

Rooms are renovated, clean and quiet. The staff is very kind and they offered a nice breakfast. We would stay again next time we are passing through.

Very nice Inn, rooms have been newly updated, staff were great and check in was easy. Needed pet friendly accommodation and Cloud 9 is always my go too when I stay in the area.

We arrived around 11pm and was greeted with a smile and efficient host who got us checked in quickly so we could get settled in. This is an older hotel which has been recently updated. Comfortable beds.

This place is a hidden gem. Had it not been for the reviews recommending it, I may have passed it over based on the appearance of the outside of the motel. It would have been a mistake. Our room was super clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room had the coolest retro fridge inside! The kitchen area was very well stocked with anything you could need to cook in your room if you wanted to. The breakfast room is absolutely beautiful! It was decorated so nicely and had a very warm and cozy feel. The food was incredible and there were plenty of options. I've been to fancy hotels that don't offer this kind of selection. Please give this place a try if you are staying in Whitecourt. I will definitely be staying here again when in the area. Well done Cloud 9 Inn :)

Building exterior is misleading. The property looks old & run down. The rooms are renovated and sparking clean. Staff are hard-working and pleasant. Beds were comfy and the hotel was quiet. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and I will book here again.

I stayed in a kitchenette unit. Everything was new and clean. Served to order breakfast was included and was excellent.

Unexpected clean, renovated rooms. Don't be deceived by the exterior state of the hotel. Great service. They provided a full size infant crib for use which was already set up upon arrival. Breakfast was also included and a large portion size. I would definitely stay again.
