El personal fue muy amable como Gina, Nikki, la que te atiende en el desayuno y la de recepción. Es tranquilo. El gimnasio le faltan pasas, esta incompleto. Si no hablas ingles Gina habla español. The staff was very friendly like Gina, Nikki, the one who serves you at breakfast and the one at the front desk. It's quiet. The gym lacks raisins, it is incomplete. If you don't speak English Gina speaks Spanish.

Bad service, decadent hotel. Food during breakfast is not replaced even 1h before finishing time. Extremely bad internet quality, impossible to work with. Fitness room with missing weights and durty. No chairs to sit on table to in kitchen.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Sandy at the front desk was very helpful in moving us over to Courtyard,

no breakfasturrible;turrible;turriblet or coffee

The internet did not work the entire time we were there which was 4 days. This is unacceptable. They did not offer any fruit for breakfast

Great location. Nice appearance. NOT CLEAN. We know these are tough times to get help, so trying to be understanding. Good news, sheets and towels appear changed and cleaned. But surfaces not cleansed, fingerprints on TV, walls with spilled food, bathroom floor with stuff on it. Food left in cabinets, fridge smelled like old food. Whole room had an odor. Not sure if it was this particular site, but not sure I'd stay again.

It was an average stay at an average hotel. I feel like this location could use some upgrades. The bathroom floor looked dirty and old.

My room was the best. Very clean, organized and homely. I loved the kitchen too. The doorway into the hotel however needs some care. Looks rusty and neglected, and gives you a feeling of where is this am coming to. Then I had a little rough time with staff. Mid-way during my stay, at 1100am, they loudly severally knocked and before I reached the door, they had flung it open to ask me out since my check out was due, and even after showing them my reservation, they asked me to better contact ******* or check out. I did and it turned out to be mistaken identity. A phone call to the room would be more courteous than a dramatic entry. On check out date, the housekeeping staff entered my room to start cleaning at 10.00am when my reservation check out said 12.00pm. I hurriedly packed and checked out.

The location is perfect. Old facility but has all you need for short and long stays. I will always stay again.
