西孟斐斯霍姆蓋特旅館&套房酒店(Homegate Inn & Suites West Memphis)

This is an old building with thin walls, so there was noise from outside and the next room. The person next to us had his TV on all night (not loud but audible) and we heard it every time we woke up. It was not a real noisy area, so outside sounds were not bad. We slept good, but if noise bothers you, you may want something else. The room looked fresh and clean. The staff was helpful and cheerful. Overall they do an excellent job with the older building they have to work with. Great value - a good stay on a low budget. We would definitely stay again.

The thing that upset me most about this hotel was the rating. I stayed at a hotel One week prior to staying at this hotel with the same rating which was 8.8 and it was so much nicer, newer, and bigger. This hotel was an older hotel and obviously in a bad part of town. Checking in and checking out What is done in a small room with the associate behind a glass window with a small opening. they did not offer any kind of a breakfast or even fresh coffee in the morning. Only the old bagged coffee in your room that I would never drink. The older style air conditioning unit that sat under the window and was pretty loud. A microwave setting on top of a small refrigerator in the room against the wall. I could go on but there’s no reason. I think someone at ******* should check the ratings at their hotels to make sure they match the condition of the hotels.

Very isolated location. One night, Uber wouldn’t even come out, even though it’s only a 10.00 Uber trip. Only one very dingy restaurant and one gas station close but not even close enough or safe enough to walk to. BED BUGS!!!

Homegate Inn & Suites is everything you want from a motel - clean, spacious, free parking and in a good location. Check in / out was hassle free and the cleaner(s) came daily to make the bed and change the towels. A decent experience all round.

We appreciated the pricing and the cleaniness of the room, along with having convenient access to downtown Memphis and other sites to see. We would definitely stay at Homegate Inn and Suites again. Thank you

The only reason this motel loses a star is the lack of breakfast options. No food or beverage available. Everything else is just what you want or need.

Everything was good, except there was a dirty washcloth in the tub, which made me question the cleanliness of everything else. Other than that it was fine

Fresh, clean, pleasant, room. Carpet looked new. Very clean, nice property. Mike was thoughtful and professional. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean and economical. Having a refrigerator is more important to us than a free breakfast. If you need the basics, this is the place.
