We are a family of five. We rarely get a chance to go on an overnight trip. Much less a 3-day and two night stay like we just did last week. We were visiting the Okefenokee swamp and looked at all the hotels in the area and decided on this location because of the indoor pool and the free breakfast. We were blown away 10 out of 10 from start to finish. The pool was great. The breakfast was outstanding with a lot of variety. We were so impressed with the staff and everything about the hotel.

Staff was pleasant and respectful. The room was super clean. Definitely worth staying there again. Oh, the breakfast they serve is top notch too.

Customer service not appropriate, had a roach at bathroom .reported and no action taken, spoke to Management Jessica as per her that's normal for Waycross county. Wow

Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. Seemed to be the best hotel in the area. We were passing through and it met our needs. Nice to have handicapped accessible bathroom available.

No frills clean room smells fresh with a touch of bleach and I appreciate that as a healthcare worker. Beds and pillows super comfy. Some common areas need a little paint/maintenance. Nice staff very accommodating. Would stay here again in the future.

Location was convenient for our trip. Clean and reasonably priced. Just what we needed.

I can honestly say this was an horrible experience, not due to the staff though. This noise was soooo loud in the hotel and whoever was staying above us, kept us up until 5am. A baby was hollering, kids were running around and it was bon stop. My family will not return, sadly.
