We spent one night in town for an event. Price and location were perfect for our stay

Had a good experience. The bed was a bit firmer than I like but overall it was a good experience.

Well located in a nice and quiet part of the town - well kept and serviced property

I'm sure your hotel is wonderful but if i were you, I would not go with **********. I needed to cancel my reservation and I could not even get a hold of anyone there. Clearly they do not give a hoot about your business. When i called your hotel, the guy that answered was super nice and super helpful but he also warned me about having to get in touch with hotel.com. he too said they were terrible.

The room was very dated and had an odor. The bathroom sink did not have any kind of stopper in the drain and I lost a small tube of makeup down it. Parts of the room smelled of old cigarette smoke and the curtains would not close completely leaving a gap. Being on the first floor facing the parking lot, this was a problem. It was ok to just sleep and go but other than that I don’t think we would stay here again.

Very disappointed in our room. One of the face boards on the drawer fell off when you open the drawer. This had a kitchenette. We had to ask the front desk for plates, silver ware, cups, coffee maker and coffee, dish cloths and dish towels & then carry all the things to our room. Plus, no dish soap I know they don’t have control but there was dog crap everywhere. Even a pile right outside the doors. The tv was screwed to the dresser which I understand why but it was so low made it hard to watch it while lying in bed On a positive note… Bathroom was very clean and the beds were comfortable

This property needs some improvement in the room Carpet are wear out and dirty

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. One room smelled like a main drain sewage backup. The other room smelled like a combination of cigarettes and pot. The entire room was worn, old and dirty. One of those places where you want to sleep in your clothes on top of the bedding. Poor security. Came back to the hotel about midnight, the main front door was not secured, open and no need for a room key to get in. The side door was propped open with a stick. We were supposed to stay two nights but checked out early the next day. No refund, no help from the hotel manager or staff. We were told nothing they could do because I booked through Travelocity. That was the answer to basically every question. Ate the cost of this crappy hotel and paid for another one. Horrible experience. Do yourself a favor, DON'T STAY HERE.

Too many strange people hanging out, bad odor, carpeting was filthy, no utensils in kitchen area. Appeared to be homeless people hanging around…creepy! Very disappointing…..toilet paper and tissue and tissue like sandpaper….
