It was an average stay hotel was clean and Everything was in order and working , My room was clean the bathrooms are a little small but overall clean for the most part and friendly. My daughter love the pool. But that's always the selling point for the kids. And I like to check out is at noon later than the other hotels in the area.

Smells like pot going in by door 3, killed my asthma
Water changed to cold while taking a shower.
After exhausting day, keys to room did not work. Had to go to desk get them rekeyed after all my luggage was at the door. Had to leave my kids with luggage.
Couple came in with pit bulls, barked at my kids while the couple walked by.
At 3:50 in the morning, an alarm went on, had no idea what is was, as there are no beacons in the room or in hallway to tell you it’s a fire alarm or wherever . After going outside in -5 deg weather. The alarm goes off and no one tells us when we can go back inside. No communication from staff at all. Will never go there again after that experience.

There was dried urine on the underside of the toilet seat. When we pulled the bedsheets back, there were stains on them, and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. We called the front desk and they did send someone down to change the sheets and clean the bathroom. Signs on the side door said doors would be locked at 10 PM, they stayed unlocked all night long.

I booked this hotel because it had an indoor jacuzzi and pool. When I got to the pool, I saw the jacuzzi was covered in a tarp. I asked when it would be opened for use I was told "Oh, it's been broken for three years so never".

Hallway smelled like smoke and ****. To get to the eating area, the lobby, the pool and fitness area, one has to pass through an unheated hallway, which was very cold. A cleaning rag was left in my room as well. Unfortunately , I was not impressed.

They were hairs on the carpet in the closet. It was dirty underneath the bed. The maid came by at 8:30 knocking on the door. The people in the hallway from next door were loud and incessantly pounding on their door wanting to get in. somebody pounded on our glass window loudly at around 1 AM. Can’t bring hot breakfast back to the room. Only continental.

Totally disappointed as we were promised smoking rooms made our reservations 2 months prior as well! Then get there HUGE run around over that as told sorry our smokrooms are full?? The rooms wernt clean and front desk lady Very Rude!
