Red Lion Inn and Suites Walla Walla

Great place to stay—location, amenities and service—but my room and the building smelled like mold. It’s an old cement masonry unit CMU) building and may have leaked at some point. Once fixed this would be a wonderful place to stay.

This hotel was perfect for my husband and our two dachshunds for our week-day trip to Walla Walla. The staff is extremely accommodating and kind. The dogs received a welcome gift!The rooms are fantastic, redone very nicely. The bed was so comfortable! We loved the outdoor space, and the surrounding neighborhood was great for walking the dogs. Very easy to walk to downtown. Will stay again, and would recommend to anyone coming to Walla Walla.

Love the outdoor fire place! Such a fun place to hang out and drink a glass of wine or talk with friends. The vibe of the hotel is very laid back. You can help yourself to tea and coffee all day which is nice. And daily wine tastings! Easy walk to town

Great hotel in a great location! If you like the industrial modern vibe, this is the place for you when visiting Walla Walla. Lots of good restaurants and wine tasting within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful with perks like wine tasting, fresh coffee in the morning, and a cozy fireplace out front. Rooms are clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable, too. Will definitely stay again when returning to Walla Walla.

A 3* rating. Room tends to be on a smaller size. Good location as it is walkable to downtown Walla Walla. Not much of amenities. The fire alarm/smoke detector came on all night - just blinking incessantly. They do have an arrangement with the local winery for tasting (we were there on Thursday so a local winery was pouring a sample of theirs). Bed is very soft and sunk if you try to move around. Checking in staff was pretty much - meh... no welcome... just asked for ID and credit card and then sent you off...

I will keep this short - The Finch is a rrally cool little hotel with great staff. The location is fantastic for walking around downtown. Parking is super easy. We won’t shop for a different hotel when we go back, I’ll just book the Finch again.

This hotel is located at one end of main street in Walla Walla, within walking distance of the Whitman College campus, main street, and a supermarket. The rooms have excellent climate control, great quality beds, and a good bathroom with a decently pressured shower (greatly appreciated after a long day.) Wi-Fi is available, and there was an Ethernet jack by the desk. The "touchless" checkout allowed me to leave at an early hour without bothering the staff. One of the nicest experiences I have had traveling to Walla Walla. Recommended.

Have stayed in multiple hotels in Walla Walla, this is by far my fav. If you have ever stayed in an Ace Hotel, this has similar vibe, only better. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful, the location is great, and the rooms just what I look for...as they say, everything you need, nothing you don't. And I sleep so well on their beds! Rates are good, would easily be my top recommendation for hotel in Walla Walla.
