Holiday travel with multiple families can be hectic. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family needs.

Stated that it had 2 queen size beds, but they were full sized. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Allison was great. Very clean. Super unique pool and hot tub. Easy to find. Really organized. Includes breakfast!!!

Easy check in. Clean room. Good free breakfast.

Our room and the pool area were dirty. Breakfast was not good at all.

Staff was great in arranging connecting rooms for my sister and me! 👍

I was very disappointed that the pool and hot tub weren't working and in fact, hadn't been for quite some time. Construction. Nothing was mentioned about these NOT being available when I looked on-line. This is why I choose this particular place. The property is very clean. Also, I was surprised that the front doors don't have handicap access buttons to open them. I'm not well versed in the laws that govern these things but doesn't the American Disabities Act cover something like this? - -Made a call and found out that neither the city nor the state require these doors openers. How sad that this place won't take care of people with disabilities. I think that should also be noted on the hotel info sheet.

Would of liked to know that the pool area was closed for the weekend! I never saw any notice when i booked this hotel. My daughter l[ves to swim and was very disappointed!

This is a very nice place. Very clean and the staff is very friendly.
