Great in and cleanliness

第一晚直到深夜都沒有網路或有線電視。前台的工作人員什麼都不知道，除了「應該很快就可以了」之外，不知道任何細節。第二天晚上，打電話要求早上 5 點叫醒服務，前台的小女孩忘了打電話，預約遲到了。床墊凹凸不平且磨損。住三晚只有兩條毛巾和浴巾。這次住宿期間沒有清潔服務，他們不應該被告知我們想要清潔服務，並且應該至少包含一次。

入住手續辦理得很好，直到我們到達我們的房間（特大號床一臥室套房，可容納 4 人），我們拉出了沙發床，房間裡任何地方都沒有床上用品。下樓去前台要床單、毛毯和枕頭，這樣我的孩子們就可以睡覺了。前台女士走到後面拿了一張床單回來。我再次要求枕頭和毯子，然後她告訴我他們沒有枕頭和毯子，每個人都在偷枕頭。在堅持要求他們為我找一張床和一個房間的枕頭和毯子後，我明確支付了 4 個人睡的費用，我建議她去一個空房間，從其中一張床上拿下枕頭和毯子。她做到了，但對此並不高興。真的不敢相信飯店會期望他們的客人在沒有床上用品的情況下也能過得去。

The front desk lady was very sweet but did not know what she was talking about. we got charged twice and they’re both different prices… and now they’re saying it won’t be back on my card for 10 business days. i’ve stayed at plenty hotels and never had this happen. just watch your bank when staying here!!! good thing we had money in our account because they took over 900 dollars for two nights!!

Loved it A/C was awesome not compaired to the hotel we were at before. I always stayed at these all the time with work. Guess i have to work on getting free noghts.

There was a dirty carpet smell in our room, but overall it was a good place to stay and worth the price I paid.

We found the staff at the reception very friendly & prompt. Our room was clean & the bed very comfortable. Nice size room to stretch out. We travel with our dog, Lucy. Great they accept pets for only $15. extra a night, much less than most. They had a nice area for her to exercise. The location was great, close to several restaurants & shopping. I felt safe coming and going. My only concerns, our room was on the main floor directly across staff laundry. Several door banging that caused Lucy to bark. One night of our stay, they buffed the floors. I would recommend staff to be aware of more of locations

This is my second time to stay here when I visit my daughter at Baylor. Love the full frig and toaster so I can have breakfast in my room. Close to campus and very quiet. Will stay there again.

Check-In was seemless and friendly. Room is spacious with blackout curtain for peaceful sleep. Stay here you will not be disappointed. Please keep in mind this is not Four Seasons.
