We checked in around 10:00pm. The gentleman and lady at the front desk were so kind and helpful. I wish I would have gotten their names. It was our first time to Waco and we were there to visit The Silos and the Magnolia Market, etc. We were not aware about The Magnolia Table which is across the street until the gentleman at the desk told us. They also explained how to get to The Silos and different things to see and do. Extremely helpful and courteous. Would recommend this hotel!!

The AC struggles to maintain temperature throughout the night and had to wake up and turn it to 67 for it to feel comfortable. Thermostat was at 70 but only kept it at 72-73 degrees. Kids enjoyed the pool & fitness room only has cardio equipment.

This hotel needs some TLC. As soon as we walked in we had to kill a roach. Sheets has holes in both beds. Will not stay there again.

Maid service us only provided upon request. The pool needed a serious cleaning. Overall everyone was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

It was a quiet and very enjoyable stay. The staff was wonderful and so close to restaurants and Waco. The breakfast was great also.

Staff was nice and helpful but our room was filthy. It smelled like cigarette smoke, there were roach droppings in both sinks and stains on the bed and pillows. Based on that, we skipped breakfast. Parking lot was full of trash. Won't stay here again.

I have stayed here prior and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The ladies that work in the breakfast area are always extremely nice and helpful
There are some minor issues that could be addressed from a maintenance standpoint, but overall the hotel is in good condition.
The one thing I would love to see changed/expanded is the workout room. There is one treadmill, one recumbent bike and one elliptical machine. It would be awesome to have more choices.
