It was absolutely terrible. The door would lock when you left the room. It could just be opened by anyone. When I went to the front desk the lady just gave me another key and said to mess with it. All this while always looking at her phone and never made eye contact. Terrible customer service. Everyone in the front desk looked miserable to work there.

I was able to change date without any hesitation, attitude, it was a very smooth transaction. It was the best decision I made hotel I made for me and my family.

Bad TV, unable to see picture. Room not cleaned nor bed made for 3 nights. Bathroom not cleaned daily. Ventilation system inoperable as the controls were not labelled. No customer service at all for 3 days and staff not responsive to requests.

I stayed for Chris**as break. Our first room the TV didn't work. We moved and the smoke alarm battery was going off. Reported to staff. It wasn't fixed. The breakfast is a joke. Very limited TV channels. I will not be staying here again.

Ok place for sleep, not much else. Don’t expect to watch TV or have a filling breakfast here. Room was adequate but needed repairs. Breakfast was sp****, no butter for waffles or toast, no fruit, just waffles, white bread and yogurt. Strong aroma of ********* on the premises but claim to be a totally non-smoking property.

The manager and the cleaning staff are lovely. The facility is just okay. The breakfast isn't very good, but I guess you get what you pay for. It's worth noting that they don't clean rooms during the stay, and that there's no business center.

The room was dirty. When you walk in it smelled highly of perfume. You understand the next day when the moldy smell kicks in. The painting of the room sets the tone- sloppy! That describes the whole place. The TV did not work. Was it near Magnolia market and the stadium- yes. But it is an embarrassment to the chain.

Bed mattress cover and bed skirt were filthy and housekeeping refused to change them until raised a fit about it. Free breakfast was a joke! No fresh fruits, or oa**eal. Absolutely nothing for anyone with wheat or egg allergies to eat.
