Nice indoor pool and open till 11! Only bummer was the hot tub was cold both days we were there. The pool was great though. Breakfast was decent as expected. Rooms are spacious and bed very comfortable. Location off highway with dining options nearby. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help a stranded family after ******* booked them at the hotel but no rooms available. He called other local hotels for them to find them a room Saturday night at 10 pm. Breakfast staff was kind. Overall we enjoyed this hotel and would stay again if I’m area.

We had two rooms. The first room was ok but the second one the smell of **** was what welcomed us. We complained to the front desk and they sprayed **** eater but we did ask for another room. The problem was on the bed, there was a note that says the room has been verified cleaned and inspected. They should do a proper check of rooms.

We appreciated that Edgar at front desk helped us store our luggage so that we did not have to carry it with us during day since it was still too earlier for check-in when we arrived at the hotel. Overall, all staff members we dealt with were friendly and helpful! If the price is right, we would consider coming back again.

Spacious room, very comfortable bed, handy microwave & fridge. Easy to adjust AC Interior hallway , nice breakfast. Bathroom spacious but needed a bit of paint touch up - looked like some recent plaster redo.

Excelente lugar para hosped****, muy limpio y cómodo, el personal es muy amable hablan inglés y español.

Our room was good however this venue is relatively tired and in need of some TLC. Whilst there was nothing ‘wrong’ there were things that could be better, especially the pool which didn’t really feel clean.

Booked an executive king room and the sheets were stained. They ordered a immediate clean the next morning but then we got damp towels. Facility is a bit run down. The elevator makes a scary noise when it reaches the 3rd floor.

Bon petit motel sur la route du parc des séquioas. Conforme au niveau de confort de ce type d'hotel, petit déjeuner inclu et très correct.

Very nice property in a great area with lots of choices for dining. Staff was super friendly!
